v3.25 lets you add a novel from one box: paste a DaoSearch link, a source link or a title and it's requested for you. Reports now fix far more chapters by themselves, duplicate and mixed-up chapters are cleaned up across the catalogue, and the reader's tools move into two small menus on a calmer bar.

One-click add#

  • One box on the Request page. Paste a DaoSearch link, a source link or a title. The page searches the sources, checks their chapters and requests the best one, showing each step as it goes ("Searching sources…", then "Checking chapters…").
  • Auto-pick is on by default. Turn it off to see every source found, grouped by novel, and pick one yourself; rows can be picked as soon as they appear.
  • It ends at Requested, without leaving the page. When a search is slow, the card says so after a minute and you're notified when it finishes.
  • Free accounts get 5 source searches a month.

Reports and chapters#

  • Reports fix themselves far more often. Chapter numbers like "92+", "Ch 5", "5 and 6" and wide ranges are understood. Missing chapters are fetched again safely or filled from another source, retranslation reports are translated straight away, and a duplicate report puts the skipped chapter back in.
  • Chapters a source lists twice are hidden automatically, about 1,350 across 159 novels so far, after the real chapter is recovered wherever it can be. Such a chapter says "Source problem: the source lists this chapter twice."
  • Chapters where the source mixed in another novel's text are found and repaired from another source.
  • Novels that take chapters from more than one site no longer miss new chapters, and chapters fixed by hand stay fixed when the novel refreshes.

Reader#

  • Repair gathers Retranslate, Rescrape and Report in one menu above the chapter and in the bottom bar. Each shows a spinner while it runs. See Repairing a chapter.
  • Glossary is one button: a press turns highlights on and opens a small menu with List and Add; a press again turns them off. Highlights stay on by default.
  • The Chinese source text is no longer shown, so the Original tab is gone, and so is the AI | GT switch. The Chinese chapter title stays as the title when there's no English one.
  • The source is a "Source" link in the line under the chapter title.
  • The chapter's top and bottom bars are one soft strip each, with Previous and Next at the ends and roomy buttons on a phone. A tool that's on shows as a raised white pill, and the green dot that says the next chapter is ready sits on the Next arrow.
  • A thought in brackets that the source split over several paragraphs reads as one.
  • Chapters no longer show images from their source; an image becomes a plain break.

Membership and privacy#

  • Switch to yearly on Patreon. With Pay annually on, your own tier on the Membership page now offers the switch, which you make on Patreon under Edit membership, with no need to cancel.
  • Google Analytics now counts visits. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a small banner asks first, with Accept and Reject weighted the same, and Google Analytics stores nothing on your device until you accept. Advertising signals stay off everywhere. See the privacy policy.

Lists, search and community#

  • One pager everywhere: a muted "Page 1 of 101" line, and no page the site can't open. Signed-in readers can page further through Browse.
  • Genres read Danmei (BL) and Baihe (GL), and searching Yuri finds Baihe.
  • Browse's tag pickers show how many novels carry each tag, most used first.
  • A new notification arrives as a toast, and in the list a quoted comment stands apart, with mentions shown as pills.
  • Replies to a chapter comment read oldest first.
  • A profile shows its Reviews tab for a reader who has rated novels without writing a review.
  • The Limits page writes big numbers short, like 10M, and its other limits as "20/day" and "120/min".

Fixes and polish#

  • The Wikis browse page loads much faster.
  • Early Bird award wording is clearer.
  • Images in formatted text load only from the site's own hosts.
  • The privacy policy no longer says downloads stop at 100 chapters; you can download every translated chapter of a novel.
