Charlotte felt that stealing just a box of Energy Block was tasteless and unbecoming of her status; if she was going to steal, she wanted to steal something big.

The right approach is to seize the Tesseract when the time is right; it's not worth it to try and steal a box of Energy Block now.

Charlotte looked at Coulson in front of her and then said, "There are still commissioned tasks. It seems you have a high thirst for knowledge."

Charlotte looked at the size of the Energy Block in front of her and silently calculated the maximum capacity of the box in Coulson's hand.

"Mr. Charlotte, we'd like to know the specific meaning of this symbol."

"The criteria for classifying ninjas into Genin, Chunin, Jonin."

However, Coulson didn't dare to ask overly sensitive questions right away, and could only probe through some minor inquiries.

Charlotte had already deduced that Coulson had brought no more than 15 Energy Block, and there should only be 12 left in the box.

"One question costs 3 Energy Block, 3 for Genin standard, 3 for Chunin standard, and 3 for Jonin standard, for a total of twelve Energy Block."

Upon hearing Charlotte's answer, Coulson immediately said, "Sir, that's two questions. Shouldn't it be six?"

Charlotte shook her head and then said, "These are four questions."

"Besides, the fact that you all know about the three ninja levels means that Morena did gather quite a bit of information before."

Upon hearing Charlotte mention the Mockingbird Barbara, Coulson didn't insist further. "Alright, let's go with your price."

Coulson then opened the box, revealing the remaining 12 Energy Block inside.

They took out all the Energy Block and placed them on the table, indicating that Charlotte could now tell them the answer.

Charlotte, however, did not speak directly. Instead, she had Iruka bring two blank Mission Request Scroll again and signed the quest with Coulson.

Watching Charlotte's actions, Coulson retorted, "Mr. Charlotte, couldn't you just take the Energy Block and tell us the answer?"

Charlotte chuckled and said, "Coulson, that's the Rules."

Seeing Charlotte emphasize that this was the Rules, Coulson looked helpless, but he had no choice but to sign the mission commission in accordance with Charlotte's request.

However, the truth is that Charlotte simply wanted to get a few Treasure Chest for free. After all, the rewards for B-Rank Mission are not low: a Normal Treasure Chest, 2000 Prestige, and 200,000 copper coins. Among these, Reputation Points and Treasure Chest are what Charlotte values the most.

After signing the commission agreement, Charlotte had Iruka put the scroll away and then submitted it directly in her Consciousness Space.

Having confirmed her assessment was correct, Charlotte received two more B-Rank Mission.

Seeing that Charlotte had finished everything, Coulson still wore a gentle smile before speaking, "Mr. Charlotte, can you tell us the answer now?"

Charlotte reached into her pocket and purchased a Genin Headband from the System Store.

Charlotte took the Headband out of her pocket and placed it on the table in front of her, then said, "This mark on the Headband represents Hidden Leaf Village."

"As for its significance, it all begins with the two founding families of Konoha."

As Charlotte explained, Coulson listened intently, while Natasha carefully observed Charlotte's facial expressions and subtle movements to make a preliminary judgment on whether she was lying.

Charlotte briefly explained that Hidden Leaf Village was a hidden village created through the cooperation of two major clans, and the name Konoha was given by the head of one of the clans.

After listening to Charlotte's story, Coulson asked curiously, "What are the names of those two families?"

Charlotte pointed to the Energy Block on the table, then smiled and said, "That's a different problem; we need to re-assign the mission."

Although Charlotte didn't mention the names of the two families, Coulson guessed in his mind that they were villages founded during war and chaos.

Looks like I need to go back and do some research on World War I and World War II, or even earlier wars...

Having completed the second commissioned task, Charlotte began explaining the third commissioned task.

"Hidden Leaf Village has its own Ninja Academy. Children of school age take an entrance exam after reaching the required age to become Ninja Academy. After studying at the academy for six years, they take a graduation exam. Those who pass the exam become official ninjas, Genin!"

"At the same time, Jonin Headband will be presented to this graduating student."

As she spoke, Charlotte picked up the ninja Headband from the table and said, "The person who wears this Headband is called a ninja, and it is also a symbol of a ninja."

"After a period of training on missions, a Genin who meets certain standards will have their instructor apply to participate in the Chunin Ninja Exams."

"Chunin Ninja Exams will result in promotion to Chunin and the issuance of Chunin Standard Vest."

"Jonin: First, you need to become Chunin. Then, other Jonin will write your application for recommendation. After passing the exam, you will become a Jonin."

"Generally speaking, a Jonin possesses the strength to stand alone!"

Listening to Charlotte's rather vague introduction, Coulson asked, "What about the strength standards?"

When Coulson asked about the strength standards, Charlotte didn't hide anything and answered directly: (Note: The previous was the ninja level, the following is the strength division: Genin - Chunin - Special Jonin - Jonin - Elite Jonin - Kage - Super Kage - Six Paths)

"For example, a Genin can easily take out an Armed Force, or all the pirates entrenched on a small island."

"A Chunin can easily kill a squad of Genin."

"As for Jonin, they can easily kill multiple Chunin squads."

"Coulson, you need to understand that a ninja's ranking isn't based on how many tons your punches weigh or how many meters you can Genin per second."

Upon hearing Charlotte's words, Coulson didn't ask any further questions. He simply recorded all the information and planned to have his team analyze it later.

"Coulson, your mission is complete. If there's anything else you'd like to know, I hope you can bring more Energy Block next time. The price this time is discounted because it's our first collaboration."

Charlotte, however, does not yet know the price of an Energy Block in terms of recharge. Only after that is determined will he be able to design a pricing standard for the other party.

Upon hearing Charlotte's words, Coulson's first thought was that she was going to raise the price, but he still extended a hand and smiled, saying, "It's been a pleasure doing business with you. If we have any more commissions, we'll contact you as soon as possible. Let's stop here for now; after all, this is all I brought."

Charlotte shook hands with Coulson and smiled, saying, "It's a pleasure working with you."
