Michael, who had just entered the room, was listening to the voicemail on the phone and was somewhat stunned. Just then, a figure suddenly appeared in front of Michael, grabbed him by the neck, and slammed him against the wall, lifting him into the air.

But Selene, holding Michael and looking at the man, asked, "Why are they looking for you?"

With Selene's shot, Michael, freed from her control, crouched down and ran straight outside.

After a burst of shooting, Selene saw Michael running away and quickly gave chase, but unfortunately she was too late. She watched helplessly as he closed the elevator door and ran downstairs.

Selene cursed, and just then the corridor window suddenly shattered, and four Werewolf climbed in.

Seeing this scene before her, Selene showed no panic whatsoever. Holding the gun in both hands, she fired Silver Bullet wildly as if they were free.

In an instant, he shot and killed three of the four Werewolf.

Selene, who arrived shortly after, didn't see what happened. Instead, she grabbed Michael's foot and lifted him out of the elevator.

Seeing his prey escape, Lucian did not immediately give chase. Instead, he took out a test tube from his pocket and spat Michael's blood into it.

Even if he doesn't catch the other person, as long as there is blood, he can test whether Michael is the person he is looking for.

After collecting the blood, Lucian used his own strength to expel all the Silver Bullet that had entered his body, and then instantly recovered from his injuries.

Having done all this, Lucian immediately gave chase. By this time, Selene had already gotten into the car with Michael and sped off. At that moment, Selene wished she could stomp the gas pedal into the tank.

After running out, Lucian watched the car drive away into the distance and chased after it frantically. Without transforming into Werewolf, and only in human form, Lucian's speed was even faster than the car that was accelerating wildly.

Lucian quickly caught up with the car and leaped onto its roof. Then, a short sword extended from his right arm, and he thrust it directly towards the roof.

The first and second sword strikes missed, but finally, on the third strike, the sword pierced Selene's shoulder, causing her to scream in pain.

At that moment, Selene saw the Mercedes-Benz speeding by and slammed on the brakes. Lucian was on the roof, was thrown off by inertia and landed in front of the car.

Seeing Lucian fall in front of her, Selene quickly reversed, and after traveling a certain distance, she slammed on the gas and rammed into him.

Lucian was hit by the car and thrown into the air, but he skillfully flipped over and jumped away unharmed. He watched the two drive away without giving chase. For him, obtaining Michael's blood and infecting him with the Werewolf was enough to achieve his goal.

Watching the two leave, Lucian smiled and then returned to the Werewolf base.

When the doctor saw Lucian return empty-handed, he exclaimed, "He escaped for the second time! It seems Raze wasn't exaggerating."

At this moment, Lucian smiled, took out a test tube filled with blood, and said, "But Raze didn't bring this back."

Looking at the item in Lucian's hand, the doctor smiled. He stepped forward, took the vial of blood, and said to Lucian, "If Michael is indeed the person we're looking for, then the Vampire will..."

"I tasted his flesh; there were still two days until the full moon."

"Soon, he will become Werewolf."

Without waiting, the doctor immediately picked up the blood sample and began testing it, dripping the blood into a beaker to neutralize it with the Werewolf's blood.

As the doctor stirred, the blood in the beaker changed; the Werewolf's blood was neutralized by Michael's blood.

The doctor exclaimed, "It really is him!"

Just then, five footsteps and an unfamiliar presence came from the Werewolf's habitat.

It was Raze who led Iruka and the other three back.

Upon seeing the arrival of outsiders, Lucian immediately went outside.

Thanks to Raze's leadership, Iruka Team avoided conflict with the Werewolf and successfully entered their base.

Seeing the Werewolf leader Lucian emerge, Raze immediately concluded:

"Lucian, these four are the strongmen I encountered at the subway station. It was this young man who split the bullet with Shuriken."

On the way back, Raze also learned about the weapon the other party used. As for why he introduced this young man, it was because he hoped Lucian wouldn't underestimate him because of his age.

Looking at the four humans before him, Lucian glanced at Raze, then smiled and said, "Gentlemen, if the Vampire attack next, I'll have to rely on you all."

Iruka stepped forward, his face expressionless, and said very seriously, "Now that we've accepted this mission, we will definitely ensure its successful completion."

After a brief greeting, Lucian said to Raze, "Take these four guests to choose weapons. Vampire are primarily afraid of ultraviolet light."

Upon hearing Lucian's instructions, Raze led Iruka and the other three to the dressing room.

Throughout the conversation, Iruka didn't offer any meaningful explanation; he also wanted to know what was special about the Werewolf ' weapons used to fight Vampire.
