Action
Hearing Charlotte say that this is not magic, Balthazar frowned slightly and then asked in confusion, "Then what do you call this?"
Charlotte laughed and replied, "That's Ninjutsu!"
Looking into Charlotte's eyes, Balthazar knew she wasn't lying, and then said, "Alright, let's put aside your Ninjutsu that looks like magic for now."
"I will be responsible for teaching you the magic that the Prime Merlinian should learn, but before that, we have something to do. Since you already possess power, let's do it together!"
Balthazar then explained to Charlotte Doyle what the Morganian Gang was, their feud with Merlin's successor, and their current enemy, Maxim.

On the other side.
Maxim arrived at the location of the Arcana Cabana from ten years ago, but everything had changed drastically.
The original Arcana Cabana has long since disappeared, replaced by an electronics mall.
Looking at the shopping mall in front of him, Maxim recalled Dave's words, "I threw it on the street. It's been so long that I'm afraid I won't remember it."
Thinking of Dave's words, Maxim's magic surged, and fragments of that time kept appearing in his mind, as if he had returned to the scene ten years ago.
He soon saw Dave, who was still a primary school student, run out of the Arcana Cabana carrying Grimhold, then throw it onto the street, whereupon an Asian woman picked it up.
"Found you, Grimhold!"
Just then, a car's headlights shone on Maxim, and the driver yelled at him, "Get out of the way, you lunatic!"
I want to park there.
The driver's horn and the car's headlights brought Maxim back to reality. Looking at the man in front of him, Maxim asked in confusion, "Are you talking to me?"
The driver stuck his head out and shouted at Maxim, "Hey, don't mess with me!"
Maxim swung his wand at the other man, and two throwing knives flew out, piercing the driver's windshield and killing him instantly.
After dealing with the man who had disrupted his thoughts, Maxim muttered to himself, "Where's the Grimhold?"
After a moment of contemplation, he said, "Chinatown!"
······
Charlotte had already accepted Balthazar's invitation and came to Chinatown with him and Dave.
Charlotte also developed a strong interest in this Grimhold that imprisoned countless evil mages, wanting to see if it could be used for recharging. Even if it didn't work, she could learn this trick to imprison enemies.
At this moment, Chinatown was bustling with activity, with colorful ribbons fluttering in the air. A large Chinese company was having its opening ceremony and had hired a dragon dance troupe to perform.
Looking at the scene before him, Charlotte was deeply moved. He hadn't seen such performances in a long time since he came to this world, and he stopped to watch for a moment.
Balthazar walked through the dragon dance procession and arrived at the foot of a shop, saying, "This is it. I'm going up to find the Grimhold."
"Dave, keep an eye on Maxim. If you see him, ask Charlotte Doyle for help."
Then, turning to Charlotte, he said, "Charlotte, I'm leaving Dave in your care. After all, you haven't met Maxim yet."
After speaking, Balthazar walked towards the traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture clinic located upstairs.
At this moment, Dave looked at Charlotte watching the dragon dance and said, "Are you very interested in Chinese culture?"
Hearing Dave's words, Charlotte smiled and then said, "I really like them. They are a very powerful nation with a long history and culture. Countless disasters and wars have never defeated them. Isn't that a wonderful nation?"
Dave seemed thoughtful, but as a science and engineering student, he didn't know much about Chinese culture. He simply said with some confusion, "But they still came here and became United States."
Charlotte shrugged, saying nonchalantly, "It's a historical issue; there will always be people who make different choices, won't there?"
Upon hearing Charlotte's words, Dave seemed thoughtful, but he didn't speak. Instead, he joined her in watching the dragon dance performance.

At this moment, Balthazar arrived on the second floor and saw a door with signs for Ping An Tang Acupuncture and Massage Clinic and Ping An Tang Herbal Medicine Shop in the corridor. He went inside.
Upon entering the shop, Balthazar reached out to sense the location of the Grimhold, but to no avail.
Just then, an old woman's voice came from behind. "What would you like to order?"
"Do you have an appointment?"
Balthazar turned around, looked at an elderly woman with a cane, and said, "Excuse me, sorry to bother you."
"I'm looking for something very special."
"A Grimhold, about this size, with an angry Asian person on the outermost layer."
The old woman walked over and said, "A Grimhold?"
Yes, that's right.
"It's possible, I've collected a lot of things."
Looking at the old woman pacing back and forth in front of him, Balthazar suddenly spoke in Cantonese, "Your hairstyle is beautiful."
Upon hearing Balthazar's words, the old woman turned around and exclaimed in surprise, "Ah, you can speak Vietnamese!"
Balthazar crossed his arms and chuckled, drawing out a long "Ah~"
He then swung his hand at the old woman in front of him, instantly sending her flying. She crashed into the shop's door, shattering the glass.
Balthazar walked up to the old woman and said, "That's not Vietnamese, Maxim."
At that moment, the old woman touched her face, and instantly Maxim's appearance changed.
Balthazar looked at Maxim and asked, "Where are the Grimhold? Where are Grimhold?"
Maxim looked at Balthazar and said, "I have a friend who speaks fluent Vietnamese. He lived two hundred years ago."
"Do you know him? His Ah Luo."
Just as Maxim was speaking, behind Balthazar, countless leaves suddenly and silently gathered into an Asian man. He reached out with both hands to the acupuncture tubs on either side, and countless silver needles flew out silently.
At this point, Maxim continued speaking, drawing Balthazar's attention. "You're the one who locked him in the Grimhold, what a pity, I let him go."
At that moment, an empty Grimhold lid appeared in Maxim's hand, which he showed to Balthazar.
At this moment, Balthazar sensed something was wrong and immediately turned around to look behind him, only to see countless silver needles shooting towards him.
Balthazar yanked up his trench coat to cover his entire body. However, Balthazar's trench coat was no ordinary item; it was also a magical artifact. All the silver needles that were shot at him were blocked by the trench coat, leaving him completely unharmed.
