After much deliberation, Balthazar finally took out the parchment containing the spell. He himself couldn't master the magic, but perhaps Charlotte could.

Having made up his mind, Balthazar didn't linger in the city but instead drove back towards the Agency.

Just as I parked the car in front of the Agency, an owl flew onto the hood, tossed the letter it was carrying in its beak onto the windshield, and then flew away.

Seeing the owl deliver the letter, Balthazar assumed it was a reply to the letter he had sent to the Ministry of Magic, so he got out of the car to retrieve it.

Seeing that the envelope was empty, Balthazar frowned slightly. This shouldn't be the case; even if an owl were to deliver the letter, there would be a sender's name and address.

Instead of rushing into the Agency, Balthazar leaned against the car door and began opening the letters.

When Balthazar opened the envelope and saw the contents, his brow furrowed instantly, and he cursed, "Damn it, I knew this would happen."

He then pondered for a moment and said, "Could it be that Horvath also witnessed that scene ten years ago?"

"Possibly, after all, it was Dave who released him."

Without lingering, Balthazar walked straight into Charlotte Agency, went to the reception desk, and asked Iruka, "Where is Charlotte?"

Upon seeing that it was Balthazar who asked the question, Iruka hesitated for a moment before replying, "He left an hour ago."

Do you know when he'll be back?

"I don't know!"

Balthazar didn't say anything more, turned around and walked towards the Training Room. After entering the Training Room, Balthazar went to the round table next to him, and with a wave of his hand, the matryoshka Grimhold placed on it appeared.

Holding the Grimhold in his hand, Balthazar fell into deep thought.

If he doesn't pass on the Grimhold, his apprentice, Dave, the bloodline of his teacher, will suffer a terrible death.

But if Maxim hands over the Grimhold, he will definitely release the Morgana people and then destroy the world.

Looking at the Grimhold in his hand, Balthazar pondered for a long time before finally deciding to rescue Dave and then find a way to retrieve the Grimhold before Maxim releases Morgana.

Having made his decision, Balthazar didn't hesitate any longer, picked up the Grimhold, and headed outside.

On the other side.

Charlotte arrived at a Foundry.

"Ginny, how's the Tanto forging going?"

Ginny took out a long, rectangular box from behind her back, and inside the box was a Tanto.

Charlotte stepped forward, picked up the Tanto, and drew it from its sheath. Looking at the already sharpened Tanto, Charlotte swung it around a few times before testing her Chakra transmission.

As expected, they were greatly disappointed. Although Chakra could be attached to weapons, the lack of Chakra ore meant the weapons had no conductivity, resulting in an astonishing amount of Chakra consumption.

Charlotte then chopped at the stone and the iron block. He was very satisfied with the sharpness and hardness; it could be said to cut through iron like mud with great smoothness. However, he was somewhat disappointed with the Chakra conduction.

Ginny seemed to notice the disappointment on Charlotte's face and asked, "Is it not acceptable? I had the manufacturer find the best alloy to make this weapon. If you're not satisfied, then have them reforge it."

Charlotte shook her head, then said, "It's not their problem. Let's leave it at that for now."

It seems he needs to find a way to acquire Vibranium from black market dealers. At the very least, he needs to know if Vibranium has Chakra conductivity, or if it's related to Uru Metal from space.

If none of these work, Charlotte can only wait for the Artifact to be unsealed. Inside, besides the Six Paths Artifact, are the seven great swords of Kirigakure and some other weapons.

Charlotte stored the Tanto directly into her Storage Space and said, "Take me to see that 12-meter Tanto."

"Aren't you going to give your weapon a name?"

Charlotte shook his head, rejecting Ginny's suggestion. Tanto destined to be discarded and unsatisfactory was not worthy of his naming.

"Okay, it seems you're not entirely satisfied."

"The other Tanto is in the Warehouse. Follow me."

Ginny then led Charlotte and John toward the nearby Warehouse.

Opening the Warehouse door, it was empty. A massive 12-meter-long sword sat Warehouse. Although it was just a Tanto to Gamakichi, it was a behemoth to onlookers.

The blade is twelve meters long, and with the handle, it's a massive 14 meters long, standing as tall as a five-story building.

"Boss, who can wield such a huge weapon?" Ginny asked doubtfully.

"Gamakichi, this is its weapon. I can take you to see it next time you have the chance."

"Gamakichi?"

"Yes, it's a Summoned Beast, just like Blue Snake and Pakkun. This is the weapon prepared for it."

As she spoke, Charlotte walked up to the giant blade, touched the scabbard with her palm, and then Chakra spread out, enveloping the entire blade.

'Receive!'

In an instant, the giant blade vanished from the Warehouse. Charlotte clapped her hands and said, "Done."

She glanced at her watch; it was already six in the evening. She then invited him, "Let's go, my Golden Secretary, back to the Agency for dinner."

Ginny didn't refuse and got into Charlotte's car, sitting in the back with her, while Ginny's driver followed behind.

Following the address, Balthazar arrived at Drake's residence.

Balthazar opened the Room Door, walked in, looked at the murals on the walls and the various trophies on display, and then went into the room.

Upon entering the room, Balthazar went to a study. Several maps were laid out on the desk, with some writing and drawing on them. Next to the desk was a Grimhold, placed on one side of the maps.

As Balthazar approached, he saw the words "Battery Park" and "Resurrection" written on the map. Then, glancing at it, he discovered Grimhold on top of the map, inside which was sealed his apprentice Dave.

Balthazar stepped forward, intending to take the map and the Grimhold from the table, but as soon as he took a step, the carpet beneath his feet instantly turned into quicksand.

Balthazar took two difficult steps forward, but his body sank deeper and deeper.

Looking at the quicksand beneath his feet, Balthazar said in frustration, "It's Persian Quicksand Carpet."

Even though Balthazar stopped moving, his body sank deeper and deeper until half of him was swallowed up. Balthazar looked around and saw the curtains beside him. He waved his hand, and the curtains flew over.

I grabbed the curtains, hoping to use this opportunity to escape the quicksand, but when I pulled, the curtains and the brackets and tracks above them all fell down.

Frustrated, Balthazar threw down the curtain in his hand and looked around to see if there was anything else he could use to escape.
