The Harvest and What Comes Next

Charlotte sped back to the Agency, and on the way, she had Dave call Iruka, who was on duty at the Agency, to prepare.

As soon as the car stopped at the entrance, staff from the Agency pushed two stretchers inside and took Veronica and Balthazar to the recovery room.

Tsunade was already prepared in the recovery room. When she saw the two being wheeled in, she first checked them over and then said, "Balthazar is fine; he's just unconscious."

After giving some instructions, Tsunade began to treat Veronica. Seeing this, Charlotte didn't disturb them and led Dave out.

"Senior brother, do you think Master's lover won't die...?"

Charlotte glanced at Dave, then said, "With Tsunade there, she'll be saved."

Hearing Charlotte's words, Dave breathed a sigh of relief, but then something occurred to him, and he exclaimed, "I'm doomed! I made plans with Becky, and now I've stood her up. I'm dead meat!"

Seeing Dave's anxiety, Charlotte slapped her forehead and shouted, "Go call her, you idiot!"

After saying that, Charlotte went up and kicked Dave.

Having received the prompting, Dave quickly ran aside to call Becky to apologize and explain.

Time passed slowly, and about an hour later, Tsunade emerged from the recovery room and said, "Both of them are out of danger and will wake up tomorrow."

Tsunade then looked at Charlotte and asked:

"What happened to that woman? The wound looks like a penetrating wound left by Chidori. If you were planning to kill her, why are you now trying to save her?"

Charlotte then explained the whole story to Tsunade, including the situation of Morgana and Veronica.

Upon hearing Charlotte's account, Tsunade was taken aback for a moment before saying, "Two souls in one body, how interesting."

Tsunade, however, thought of Orochimaru. If that guy saw this situation, he would probably find it even more interesting.

I wonder if Orochimaru will be brought to this world by Charlotte as well. Presumably, everything here will pique Orochimaru's curiosity.

Shaking the thoughts from her mind, Tsunade finally spoke, "Kakashi and the others have captured William, the progenitor of Werewolf. I still have some research to continue, so I'll be leaving now."

Hearing that Tsunade was busy, Charlotte but did not follow her to investigate. Instead, she glanced at Balthazar and Veronica in the recovery room before turning back to her own room.

Back in his room, Charlotte quickly washed up and went to bed to rest. Today's battle had depleted his Chakra for the first time, leaving him somewhat exhausted. As for the spoils, he planned to buy them from Dave tomorrow, since he hadn't killed Drake.

Without giving it much thought, Charlotte drifted off to sleep.

Inside the Norse branch of the Vampire Northern Europe Branch's stronghold, Kakashi was leading everyone in cleaning up the battlefield. Over the past few days, they had killed all the Vampire they could find outside, and the stronghold had been captured. Apart from two Vampire left behind as test subjects as Tsunade had requested, all the other vampires present were killed.

At that moment, Selene and Michael each carried a stainless steel coffin into the castle and placed it on the floor of the main hall.

"Captain Kakashi, these two steel coffins are more than enough to imprison two people."

Kakashi nodded, then instructed, "Lee and Sasuke, you two lock these two vampires in the coffin and seal it. I'll use a summoning jutsu to send them back to the agency later."

Sasuke and Rock Lee placed the two bound Vampire into the coffin and sealed it. Then, everyone handed over all the Blood Core they had collected to Kakashi.

At this moment, Kakashi Hand Seals and summoned all Eight Ninja Dogs. Looking at the many Ninja Dog in front of him, Kakashi patted each of their heads and then said, "Bull, you take these two coffins back to the Summoning Realm. Lady Tsunade will take them there."

Kakashi then took out a backpack filled with Blood Core, his haul of three hundred.

Kakashi tied the backpack to Pakkun, patted Pakkun's head, and said, "Pakkun, this belongs to Lord Charlotte. Remember to give it to Lord Charlotte."

After Kakashi finished explaining, the Eight Ninja Dogs returned to the Summoning Realm with two coffins and a bag of Blood Core.

At this moment, Selene saw that Kakashi had finished dealing with everything, and then asked, "What should be done with the assets of the Northern Europe Branch?"

"There are many properties here, as well as companies they control, so changing them will take some time."

Kakashi pondered for a moment, then said, "Notify the High Table and have them send people over to assist you with the asset takeover. Pack up anything you can take, and leave some real estate as a base. Have the High Table handle the sale of everything else to recoup the funds."

"Clear!"

Sasuke then took out his phone and contacted the staff at the Continental Hotel and the High Table to carry out on-site cleanup and asset disposal.

Battery Park Square.

Hawkeye and Black Widow Natasha, along with two teams of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., had arrived at the scene. The park entrance was now cordoned off, and the entire park had been taken over by S.H.I.E.L.D..

Barton and Natasha walked to the square in the middle of the park and looked at the mess before them. The streetlights were twisted into pretzel shapes and scattered to the side. The trees near the square had been uprooted, and even the tiled ground on the square had been completely torn off, revealing the soft soil underneath.

Looking at the scene before him, Barton murmured, "What on earth happened here?"

At this moment, an agent walked up, holding several photos, and said, "These photos were taken when the park square was built. There was also a huge Bronze Bull at the site, but we haven't found it yet."

Natasha and Barton took the photos and looked at them, then glanced at the scene; they could hardly believe it was the same place.

Although three magical items would be added to her account soon, Charlotte still felt it wasn't enough. Considering her current needs, Charlotte spent 1680 Gold Coin to buy four Shisui Fragments, meaning she wouldn't buy any more after reaching 16.

Both Kamui Kakashi Hatake and Jashinism Hidan are what Charlotte needs, but with four fragments, they are still quite far from being able to summon them, so she temporarily gave up on them.

After exiting the System Space, Charlotte got up, quickly washed up, and then left her room, heading towards the Dining Area downstairs.

After removing a miniature projection device hidden on the experimental table, the agent turned to the professor and said, "Thank you for your cooperation, Professor Errol Bain!"

Charlotte watched the news on TV, chuckled, and then stopped paying attention, focusing instead on finishing her breakfast.

Just after Charlotte finished breakfast, Dave finally came out of his room, yawning and still looking sleepy, and walked towards where Charlotte was.

Clearly, Dave was exhausted, both physically and mentally, after being imprisoned by the Grimhold, then going through a fierce battle with Drake, and then apologizing to his goddess. He didn't get a good night's rest last night.

Dave pulled out a chair and sat down in front of Charlotte.

"Senior brother, what do you want to see me about?"

Charlotte extended her palm, revealing a ring— Drake's magical equipment.

"Dave, you killed Drake yesterday, this is your trophy."

"I don't know if you need this magical item. If you don't, could you transfer it to me?"

Looking at the ring on Charlotte's hand and hearing his senior brother's words, Dave was stunned. Then, as if he had thought of something, his face turned pale, and he covered his mouth and made a gagging motion.

Clearly, it was only now that he realized he had actually killed someone last night. He thought he had only knocked the other person down, and with so much happening last night, he hadn't really processed it. But when he heard his senior brother mention it, all sorts of physiological reactions from the murder instantly surged up.

Charlotte was exasperated by Dave's incredibly slow reaction time.

"Senior brother, if I kill someone, will I get arrested? Will I be in trouble...?"

Seeing David's tense Dave, Charlotte took a deep breath before speaking, "Nothing will happen. There are no bodies at the scene. We have personnel to handle the aftermath."

"And you killed members of the Morganian Gang who wanted to destroy the world, and you even aspire to become a superhero."

"Of course, if that's what you want."

Hearing that everything was alright and he could even become a superhero, Dave's expression slowly returned to normal. He then asked somewhat uncertainly, "Are you really alright?"

Charlotte, then continued, "And this magical equipment?"
