The Wandering Samurai, Tobirama Senju

Water Style: Flowing Ripple Slash: Tobirama uses a Water Style technique capable of submerging everything to attack the target, then charges up and draws his sword to create a giant Water Dragon for continuous attacks. (Too easy, the ninjas' strength has actually fallen to such a level.)

Skill mastered: Flying Thunder God Technique.
