Upon hearing that there were no side effects, Grant Ward's eyes gleamed with even greater greed. Didn't this mean it was even more powerful than the Super Soldier Serum used by Captain America?

Once I inject myself with this Super Soldier Serum, won't I become a super soldier, an extraordinary powerhouse?

Grant Ward swallowed hard, his voice hoarse as he asked, "How much do we need to pay to get it?"

Temari glanced at the metal the other party had brought and said in a clear voice, "30 kilograms of Vibranium, you can take it."

"How much, how many?"

"30 kilograms!"

"Vibranium material worth US Dollar 300 million, this price is probably not expensive."

Upon hearing the offer, Grant Ward was stunned. $300 million for a Physical Enhancement Serum with no side effects—was that too expensive?

From Grant Ward's perspective, that's not expensive at all. Considering Hydra's vast wealth, if it were settled in cash, they would probably buy dozens of units at a time.

On one hand, it was used to enhance strength; on the other hand, it was taken back to the Science Team for deciphering and attempting to replicate the Super Soldier Serum.

If a replica can be successfully made, even if it involves investing billions of dollars, it will still be a huge profit. However, if the settlement is made in Vibranium, it will still be a 30-kilogram Vibranium.

This price is terrifying for Hydra. 30 kilograms of Vibranium —let alone 300 million, even if you had 3 billion, you might not be able to buy it.

It's so rare that it's used in experiments by the gram, not because it's worth US Dollar 10,000 per gram, but because this material is extremely scarce.

It's so rare that even Hydra couldn't produce 30 kilograms of Vibranium silently.

"Ms. Temari, you may not be aware of just how rare Vibranium is."

"No one can produce 30 kilograms; we can't, and neither can anyone else."

"This metal is scarce, and its share has long been divided up by the major powers."

"How about this? Your bottle of Physical Enhancement Serum, based on the quantity of 30 kilograms of Vibranium, is worth US Dollar 300 million. How about we exchange it for Secondary Adamantium and Vibranium of the same price?"

"Secondary Adamantium is not cheaper than Vibranium; it can cost up to US Dollar 10,000 per gram. How about we exchange 100 grams of Secondary Adamantium for 1 gram of Vibranium?"

Temari shook her head. "I'm not satisfied with your approach."

"It can be sold together, but I don't just need Vibranium and Secondary Adamantium; I also need genuine Adamantium. All three types of metals should be sold together."

"I can accept a ratio of 100:10:1, which is 10 grams of Vibranium and 1 gram of True Adamantium for every 100 grams of Secondary Adamantium."

However, according to the information Temari received, both Vibranium and Secondary Adamantium are available for sale, while only True Adamantium is not for sale, making true Adamantium more valuable.

Grant Ward hesitated for a moment before speaking, "Adamantium is not for sale, but there have been records of it being offered for sale."

"The price is US Dollar 100,000 per gram."

"However, the proportion of Vibranium is a bit too high. Like Adamantium, it's 1 gram of Vibranium for every 100 grams of Secondary Adamantium."

Grant Ward and Temari haggled for a while, but Ward couldn't sway Temari in the slightest and had no choice but to accept the exchange ratio offered by Temari.

However, Grant Ward also took this opportunity to negotiate the prices for intelligence and mission commissions with Temari.

Similarly, when payments are made through a commission, these three types of metals are used.

The prices are as follows: each intelligence mission costs $500,000 worth of metal.

Task commissions: Each task starts with a minimum of 1 million US dollars in metals, and the amount will increase depending on the task content, with no upper limit.

After agreeing on the two methods of commissioning the mission, Grant Ward glanced at the enhancement agent in Temari's hand. "Since this is our first meeting, I didn't bring enough supplies for the exchange. Could you give me the enhancement agent first, and I'll have someone send the three types of metals over later?"

"We don't offer credit for small businesses. We'll do the transaction when you bring the metal."

Seeing Temari's serious expression, Grant Ward knew there was no way to bring back the enhancer first, so he didn't press the matter.

Instead, he pointed to the two pieces of metal in the Suitcase and said, "Consider these two pieces of metal a small gift to mark the start of our cooperation."

"I hope that you and the Sunagakure behind you can understand that I am a sincere partner."

After finishing his words, Grant Ward prepared to take his leave. He needed to send back the information he had gathered as soon as possible, prepare the materials, conduct the first exchange, and determine the actual effects of the Body Enhancement Agent.

Grant Ward had already turned and walked away, but Temari's voice came faintly from behind him.

"If you're sincere, don't wear that mask; that's not your true self."

Upon hearing this, Grant Ward paused for a moment, but without stopping or offering any explanation, he pushed open the door of the Puppet Shop and left.

As Grant Ward stepped out the door, he glanced up at the shop's signboard and thought to himself, "As expected of an extraordinary force, S.H.I.E.L.D.'s cutting-edge technology, even the usually invincible Static Disguise Veil was still seen through."

Upon arriving at the RV parked by the roadside, Grant Ward immediately said as soon as he got in, "Back to base."

As soon as Grant Ward finished speaking, the RV started up and headed towards the base. Inside the vehicle, Grant Ward removed his Static Disguise Veil, revealing his true identity.

Upon returning to base, Grant Ward didn't linger and immediately began reporting his findings to Sitwell and Pierce.

Grant Ward then recounted to the two everything he had gained from the trip, including the cooperation model they had established and, most importantly, the Physical Enhancement Serum.

After listening to Grant Ward's explanation, Pierce became quite interested.

"Thank you for your hard work, Agent Grant Ward."

"You completed this mission perfectly; I'll award you credit."

"Once the effectiveness of the Physical Enhancement Serum is confirmed, you will be the first person to receive it."

Upon hearing Pierce's promise, Grant Ward's face lit up with excitement, and he whispered:

"Hail hydra!"

Pierce and Sitwell exchanged a glance and both whispered, "Hail Hydra!"

"Agent Grant Ward, you can return to your post now. We'll contact them once the exchange supplies are ready."

Grant Ward replied respectfully, "Yes, sir!"

After watching Grant Ward close the door and leave, Pierce looked at his assistant Sitwell, and asked, "What do you think of this intelligence?"
