The Capture Operation
At the base, Charlotte also reserved separate houses for Balthazar and Dave, and the base was open to both of them.
Dave didn't go back to his own room, but followed his teacher, Balthazar, to the other's room.
Balthazar looked at Dave, who had followed him in, and asked in confusion, "What's wrong?"
"Teacher, you said earlier that my bloodline is not simple, what does that mean?"
Dave always thought of himself as a lucky guy with some magical talent, fortunate enough to have a good teacher and a senior brother known as Prime Merlinian. However, he always believed that his bloodline was just that of an ordinary Earthling.
Balthazar closed the Room Door, sat down on the sofa, and then spoke, "You've been involved with magic for a while now, and you should have noticed the differences between yourself and others by now."
Dave asked doubtfully, "Spellcasting without the Ring?"
"Quickly master Merlin Magic?"
During his time in the Magic World, Dave also visited several magic academies. The wizards there all studied from a young age, and it took them a long time to learn even the most basic magic.
Balthazar nodded, gesturing for Dave to sit down as well.
After Dave sat down, he continued, "You must know something about Merlin's history."
Dave nodded. "Teacher, you talked about Merlin's history before, and I also learned about it from the history of magic."
Balthazar smiled and nodded.
"Based on my guess, you should have Merlin's blood flowing through your veins!"
"The bloodline of Merlin!"
"How is this possible?"
Dave stared in disbelief, his mouth agape in astonishment.
Balthazar, however, remained calm and said, "Do you remember the ring you first received from me?"
"The Dragon Ring?"
"Right!"
"Teacher, you should know that I sold the ring to my senior brother a long time ago. Does this Magic Ring have any special meaning?"
Balthazar paused for a second or two, then continued, "The Magic Ring spells, coupled with the recognition of the Dragon Ring, proves that you possess Merlin's bloodline."
Upon hearing his teacher's words, Dave's face lit up with joy. He hadn't expected that he actually had Merlin's bloodline and could be considered Merlin's descendant.
However, the moment a smile appeared on Dave's lips, he immediately realized something was wrong. He knew that the Dragon Ring had not only recognized him, but also his senior brother.
"Does my senior brother also have Merlin's bloodline?"
Balthazar initially had his doubts, but ultimately determined that Charlotte did not have Merlin's bloodline. As for how she gained the Dragon Ring's approval, perhaps it was Providence.
"No, his situation is somewhat special."

On the other side.
Ginny arrived outside Orochimaru's Laboratory and gently pushed open the Laboratory door.
"Creak!"
As the Laboratory door opened, Ginny looked inside.
Looking at the man wearing surgical gloves, examining a corpse, Ginny respectfully called out:
"Mr. Orochimaru!"
Orochimaru did not stop what he was doing; a slight smirk played on his cold face, giving him a sinister air.
"It's Golden Secretary. What can I do for you?"
"Tsunade said that the latest enhancement agent has been initially developed, but human trials have not yet been conducted."
"What are your requirements for the test subjects? I need to allocate personnel accordingly."
Upon hearing that Ginny had come to deliver a test subject, Orochimaru's eyes lit up. He stopped his research, took off his gloves, retrieved a document from the nearby lab table, and handed it to Ginny.
"Just send over a batch of test subjects according to the requirements listed here."
"The previous two potions have been tested without any problems. This time, we can simply conduct the experiment according to the specified ratio."
"If everything goes well, it can be put into use."
Looking at the document which listed a certain number of people needed for men, women, children, and adults, Ginny nodded.
"I will recruit test subjects as soon as possible. I'll have to trouble you then Orochimaru."
Orochimaru nodded. "The sooner we resolve the issue with the potion, the more I can focus on new research."
"How is the situation with Lord Charlotte? Has the exact situation been confirmed?"
Seeing that Ginny was focused on the enhancer, Orochimaru figured that the situation there must not be too serious, so he asked her about it.
Ginny hesitated for a moment, but still told them what she knew.
Upon hearing Ginny's words, Orochimaru couldn't help but lick his lips.
"A return to ancestral lineage, how interesting!"
The only thing that disappointed Orochimaru was that he couldn't actually study this phenomenon himself. Fortunately, Tsunade would record all of Charlotte's changes, so he suppressed his curiosity and didn't stay with her.
Otherwise, he was afraid that if he were there, he would be unable to resist studying the changes.
"Since it's a good thing, then there's nothing to worry about. I hope Lord Charlotte completes her transformation soon."
Ginny nodded in agreement, but still added, "I'd appreciate it if Orochimaru could also put some thought into the base's defenses during this time."
"With us here, no one will be able to break in."
After a brief conversation with Orochimaru, Ginny left the people who were preparing her for the experiment.

Sunagakure Puppet Shop!
Kankuro, who had just returned from Tony Stark's Villa, entered the shop.
Temari was overjoyed to see her younger brother.
"Kankuro, come here quickly."
"I'll show you something great; I'm sure you'll be interested."
Kankuro, carrying his new Puppet, heard his sister's greeting as soon as he entered the room and walked straight over.
"Sis, what good stuff did you find?"
Temari placed the two pieces of metal that Agent Grant Ward had brought in front of Kankuro, and then said:
"Vibranium, Secondary Adamantium, have you ever heard of it?"
Kankuro exclaimed in surprise, "It's Vibranium?"
"I heard from Mr. Stark that this thing is extremely rare, with an incredibly low stock."
Temari nodded, and then explained to Kankuro the properties of the two metals, as well as her own discovery.
It is known that the Secondary Adamantium has a very high adaptability to Chakra, even higher than the metals used in ordinary Ninja Tools, but slightly inferior to Chakra Metal. Vibranium, on the other hand, has an adaptability to Chakra that is comparable to Chakra Metal.
Most importantly, according to the information Temari obtained, this Vibranium, which is comparable to Chakra Metal, is much easier to obtain than Chakra Metal in the Ninja World.
As far as he knew, even the son of the Third Hokage of the Land of Fire, who was the wealthiest, only had two small Flying Swallow made of Chakra Metal, while she, as the daughter of the Kazekage, only had some Three-Star Fan Chakra Metal ribs.
Kankuro fared even worse; his Puppet didn't have any of these expensive ingredients added to them.
"I have reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with the other party, and I believe we will be able to obtain these three types of metals soon."
Upon hearing about the collaboration her sister had made, she excitedly recounted her own gains from working with the Stark.
After the siblings finished their exchange, Kankuro said, "Give the information on these three types of metals to Lord Charlotte. I'm sure she needs these metals to make weapons."
Temari laughed and said, "I've already used my Summoned Beast to transmit the information."
"I believe Lord Charlotte will receive the information soon. Once the deal is finalized, I will hand over the three types of metals to Lord Charlotte so that he can decide how to use the materials."
Seeing that his older sister had already arranged everything, Kankuro didn't say much about it, but instead focused on his younger brother.
"Gaara? Has he returned?"
"You're back. You're resting upstairs."
Upon learning that Gaara had returned, Kankuro was relieved. He then closed the shop with Temari and went back to their room to rest.

The next day at noon.
After a day of waiting, Agent Crossbones of S.H.I.E.L.D.. finally received his support team: a full thirty fully armed attack squads carrying heavy weapons.
After Crossbones hugged the newcomer, he immediately recounted the information he had obtained.
"This four-person team did not escape our sight after taking Jane Foster hostage."
Crossbones pointed to the map and said, "It's strange that they've gotten to this place and aren't restricting Jane's freedom."
Handel Duby, the lead agent of the attack team, listened to Crossbones's account and then said, "Find a way to separate Jane Foster from them."
"Only when they are separated can we safely use heavy weapons; otherwise, accidentally injuring Jane would be a troublesome matter for us as well."
"They stayed by Jane's side the whole time, inseparable from her; it was impossible to separate them."
Crossbones hesitated for a moment before speaking, "What if we push it onto them?"
Duby looked at Crossbones with surprise, then asked, "Have you found any information about this team?"
Crossbones shook his head. "The intelligence department hasn't sent any news yet. We can only confirm that the other party is probably not from the United States, but we still can't determine what organization they belong to."
After thinking for a moment, Duby finally spoke:
"The forces behind these people certainly can't withstand Thor's wrath. If we get involved, it'll be a losing proposition."
"Therefore, we must ensure Jane's safety; that's our job."
"And these people?"
"While they were sleeping at night, we launched a night raid using anesthetic gas, capturing them alive if possible."
"The higher-ups need a live sample; if they can't catch a live one, a dead one is acceptable."
Crossbones smiled upon hearing this; "Then let's move tonight."
"Keep an eye on them, don't let them get away."
On the monitor screen, the camera was pointed at the house where Jane and the others were, as well as the surrounding streets, but not a single S.H.I.E.L.D.. agent was nearby.
Night fell quickly, and Queen of Asgard, Jane said, "I need to stay in this town for a few days to observe the changes in the starry sky."
Moses didn't seem to care and said, "That's your freedom. We're just here to protect you and ensure your safety."
Hearing that the other person was indeed accompanying her as a bodyguard, Jane relaxed considerably.
But she still asked, "Do you know who those people were yesterday?"
Moses shook his head. "I don't know. Perhaps your information was leaked, and someone wants to use your identity to their advantage."
"Identity? What identity do I have? I'm just an ordinary scientist."
Yaan chimed in from the side, "No, you're still Thor's girlfriend."
Jane was taken aback by the answer, but she had no choice but to accept it; this identity was the only real reason she was being attacked.
Moses said calmly, "Don't worry about the attackers, we'll handle it."
"Just focus on your research, and we'll handle everything else."
"It's getting late, you should get some rest. We'll keep watch outside. If you notice anything unusual, just call us."
After speaking, Moses led Yaan out of Jane's room and sat down in the living room.
Moses glanced at Sari, who was sitting on the sofa beside him, and asked, "Sari, what did they say from the base?"
Sari: "I have reported the situation to the base and informed them that Jane Foster has been successfully retrieved and is staying with her for protection."
"At the base, just tell us to focus on protecting Jane."
"If needed, we can mobilize the forces of the nearby High Table, and we can request support at any time."
Moses said, "We don't need the High Table's power, and as for support, we probably don't need it either."
"What did the base say about the force tracking Jane?"
"Is there any intelligence, or anything we should be aware of?"
Seeing his boss's cautious demeanor, Yaan said helplessly, "Boss, with Lord Charlotte's power and strength, who else could we possibly need to be wary of?"
"Anyone who isn't extraordinary can be easily crushed."
Sari shook his head and said, "We didn't take any photos, nor did we provide the base with any useful information. They don't know who those people are either."
"After we left, the scene was quickly cleaned up."
"However, the people at the base said they would report the information, and perhaps Golden Secretary will know something."
Moses nodded but said nothing.
However, Sari said with some regret, "Boss, we might miss something big on this mission."
Moses asked in surprise, "What's wrong?"
"I heard from the base that Golden Secretary informed everyone that a second competition will be held in a while, and the rewards may be even more generous than the first one."
"Boss, if you were here, you would definitely be the Champion, and then you could undergo a second evolution."
Upon hearing about the martial arts competition, Lyle Werewolf who had remained silent until now, said regretfully, "It's a real pity. If we could have participated, we probably could have won a prize too!"
Moses looked at the three of them, his expression unconcerned, and said, "There's nothing to regret. As long as we complete this mission successfully, the rewards we receive will be no less than those from the competition."
"The three of you may not win the reward in the martial arts competition, but as long as there are no mistakes in this mission, I believe Golden Secretary will definitely not be stingy with the reward."
