S.H.I.E.L.D.. is located in a secure base in New York.

In a place that looked like a factory, there were several LCD monitors inside, and the screens on all of them displayed the same S.H.I.E.L.D..

At this moment, Coulson and Yakushi Kabuto were sitting face to face on opposite sides of the table.

"Mr. Kabuto, what did you mean when you said earlier that you weren't a ninja from a ninja village?"

Yakushi Kabuto chuckled, "Not all ninjas come from ninja villages."

"When the ninja villages were established, some ninja clans did not join them, but continued to live outside as clans."

"Besides the ninja villages, there are some other ninja forces, and then there are some Rogue Ninja like me."

Upon hearing Yakushi Kabuto's words, Coulson understood that there were other ninja forces besides the ninja villages, and even Rogue Ninja did not belong to any force.

"Thank you for informing me, Mr. Kabuto. I always thought that ninjas belonged to ninja villages; I didn't realize there were ninjas outside of ninja villages."

Coulson had one more thought in his mind that he didn't say, "This news is really great!"

Yakushi Kabuto smiled and said, "This isn't any big deal."

"You mentioned earlier that S.H.I.E.L.D.. is responsible for liaison with the ninjas. Are there a lot of ninjas here?"

Upon hearing Yakushi Kabuto's question, Coulson didn't hide anything and replied directly, "Yes, quite a few ninjas have emerged recently, but apart from two missing-nin, the rest are mainly from ninja villages."

"No, even those two missing-nin came from ninja villages."

"The main ninja Hidden Leaf Village, Sunagakure, and Otogakure, with Konoha producing the most ninjas."

Yakushi Kabuto exclaimed, "So many ninja villages have already come here."

Hearing Yakushi Kabuto's sigh, Coulson seemed thoughtful, but still asked, "Mr. Kabuto, what mission do you have this time you've come out to face the world?"

"If you don't mind, you can tell me. S.H.I.E.L.D.. is also willing to do its part to help Mr. Kabuto complete his mission."

Yakushi Kabuto smiled and shook his head, then said, "I just came here by accident; I didn't take on any missions."

Hearing the other party's answer, Coulson wasn't sure if it was true or false, so he tentatively asked:

"Mr. Dou, may I ask what country you are from? Do you have a passport or identification documents?"

"Without this type of document, it will be very troublesome to check into a hotel or take a plane or train."

Upon hearing this question, Yakushi Kabuto pondered for a moment before replying, "I should be considered a citizen of the Land of Fire."

"As for the identification documents and passport you mentioned, what are those?"

Coulson exclaimed in surprise, "The Land of Fire?"

"What country is this?"

When Yakushi Kabuto heard that Coulson didn't know about the Land of Fire, he seemed somewhat surprised and asked, "You guys don't know?"

Coulson shook his head. "If I remember correctly, there is no Land of Fire on Earth."

Coulson then turned to the agent beside him and asked, "James, is there a newly established country called the Land of Fire?"

James stated directly, "I recently reviewed the latest applications for nation-building and the information on all countries in the United Nations. There is no country called the Land of Fire."

Having received a positive answer, Coulson looked at Yakushi Kabuto, hoping for a response.

However, Yakushi Kabuto chuckled and said, "Agent Coulson, since you've had considerable contact with ninjas, you must already know..."

"In the world of ninjas, information is money; I can't possibly tell you information for free."

"Intelligence comes at a price."

Upon hearing Yakushi Kabuto's words, Coulson realized that this was yet another customer who required payment.

"I wonder what Mr. Kabuto needs?"

Yakushi Kabuto adjusted his glasses, but didn't answer immediately. Instead, he asked, "When you cooperate with other ninjas, what do you use for payment and settlement?"

Upon hearing Yakushi Kabuto's words, Coulson's mind raced. This was an unorganized ninja; he seemed unaware of the costs involved in the collaboration between S.H.I.E.L.D.. and the ninjas.

Coulson changed the subject, not directly answering Yakushi Kabuto's question, but instead saying, "Mr. Kabuto, since you are not affiliated with any ninja village or ninja, would you be willing to accept employment from S.H.I.E.L.D..?"

When Yakushi Kabuto heard that the other party wanted to hire him, he didn't refuse outright. Instead, he asked, "We Rogue Ninja also take on missions to support ourselves."

"Since S.H.I.E.L.D.. wants to hire me, it's not impossible, but what can you offer in return?"

Coulson clapped his hands, and James, who was standing next to him, took out two Suitcase from the side, placed them on the table, and opened the briefcases to reveal their contents.

One of the boxes contained 50 Energy Stone, while the other contained liquid Adamantium.

"We used Energy Block to conduct information trading and mission assignments with other ninjas in the past."

Upon hearing Coulson's words, Yakushi Kabuto at the liquid metal inside and asked, "Is there any solid metal?"

"Yes, sir!"

Watching the other person go to retrieve the so-called Case No. 3, Yakushi Kabuto took out an Energy Block from his Suitcase, fiddled with it in his hand for a moment, and then looked at Coulson, asking, "How do you use this?"
