Identity Investigation Commission

Michael stepped forward and said, "Mr. Coulson, please come with me."

Looking at the man in front of him, Coulson immediately recalled the man's information. Although S.H.I.E.L.D.. couldn't find information on the Werewolf who had joined Charlotte Agency, they did find information on the man in front of them.

Michael Cowan: 29 years old, a doctor living in London, United Kingdom. He became a doctor after his wife died in a fatal accident, and since then he has devoted himself to helping others.

Coulson had no idea why the doctor had come to New York, or how he had joined Charlotte Agency and become a service provider, and he had quite a few questions in his mind.

Coulson replied, "Okay!"

Coulson then followed the other person toward the Reception Room.

At that moment, Selene at the service desk picked up the phone on the table and dialed the number. The call was quickly connected.

"Lord Kakashi, Agent Coulson has come to visit, saying he has a mission to request."

"Okay, I understand."

Selene then hung up the phone and sat at the counter to busy herself with other tasks.

Coulson followed Michael Coulson into the Reception Room.

Coulson placed the Suitcase on the table, then looked at Michael, who was about to leave, and asked:

"Dr. Michael, I'm a little curious, why did you quit your job as a doctor and move from London to New York to join Charlotte Agency?"

Michael glanced at the agent in front of him, but instead of answering the question, he asked, "Coffee or ice water?"

Seeing that the other person wasn't paying attention to him, Coulson didn't continue the conversation, simply waving his hand and saying, "None of that's necessary."

Seeing that Coulson didn't need water, Michael left the Reception Room.

Coulson watched Michael leave, feeling somewhat helpless. S.H.I.E.L.D.. was not omnipotent; there were still many gaps in their intelligence.

Coulson sat on the sofa in the Reception Room and waited. Soon the door to the Reception Room opened, Kakashi Hatake, dressed as an Anbu, walked in.

Looking at the unfamiliar ninja in front of him, Coulson felt a sense of familiarity mixed with strangeness. It seemed that Konoha had sent ninjas as reinforcements again, and they were Anbu Ninja.

Coulson stepped forward, extended his hand, and said, "Hello, I'm Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Coulson from S. H. I. E. L. D. I have a mission that requires your assistance."

Kakashi Hatake shook hands with Coulson in a cold, emotionless voice.

"Agent Coulson, could you tell me about the details of the mission request?"

Coulson and Kakashi sat down on the sofa. Kakashi took out a Mission Request Scroll from his person, placed it on the table, and took out a pen to write.

"Mr. Coulson, you can now explain the details of your commission."

Looking at the familiar mission request process, Coulson spoke:

"I would like to ask you to help us investigate information about a certain person; the more detailed the information, the better."

As he spoke, Coulson pulled a photograph from his breast pocket. It was none other than Yakushi Kabuto, who had only joined S.H.I.E.L.D.. a couple of days ago.

Coulson placed Yakushi Kabuto's photo in front of Kakashi and continued speaking:

"According to Yakushi Kabuto, he is from the Land of Fire and is a Rogue Ninja."

"S.H.I.E.L.D.. has commissioned Charlotte Agency to investigate the other party's past information, hoping to obtain as much detailed intelligence as possible."

"How much would you charge for an intelligence mission like this?"

Upon hearing Coulson's description, Kakashi looked up at him and then began to recount, "Detailed information and past experiences of the Rogue Ninja Yakushi Kabuto from the Land of Fire."

"If a battle with a ninja occurs during the investigation, the price of the Energy Block will increase, and the price will vary depending on the strength of the opposing ninja."

Upon hearing the price quoted, which was similar to that of the Sunagakure Puppet Shop, Coulson asked, "How much will the price increase if a battle occurs?"

Kakashi thought for a moment, then said, "Given Yakushi Kabuto's Missing-nin, the price usually increases by about three times, requiring an additional 600 Energy Block."

"However, in the event of an unexpected and illogical incident, the maximum penalty may be 2,000 Energy Block."

Upon hearing this maximum payment amount, Coulson was stunned and asked incredulously, "My God, how did the price go up to this?"

Kakashi, however, showed no change in expression and explained, "If Kage Level shinobi intervenes during the mission and a battle ensues, the price will increase to this level."

"Of course, based on the information you provided, an unnamed Rogue Ninja wouldn't be involved in this area. Even if there were battles, he would basically be a ninja at the same level as Yakushi Kabuto, or at most one level higher."

After hearing the explanation, Coulson understood and said, "I understand, I can accept this price."

Coulson then patted the Suitcase he had brought and said, "I brought 200 Energy Block this time, which is the deposit for this intelligence commission. If the reward increases later, we will make up the difference."

Kakashi nodded and said, "Then I'll begin the mission registration process."

Coulson nodded, and then Kakashi wrote the mission details on the Mission Scroll. After finishing writing, he handed it to Coulson and had him sign it to confirm.

Upon hearing that Charlotte Agency did not sell Physical Enhancement Serum, Coulson expressed some regret, then continued, "That's truly a pity."
