Akatsuki Arrives

With all the people inside the tomb killed, two skeleton Skeleton Soldier dressed as crusaders walked to the door and opened it completely.

As the gate opened, Ahmanet appeared before the Skeleton Army.

Ahmanet walked forward with her head held high and chest out. The Skeleton Army who saw her all knelt before her, as if welcoming their king.

Ahmanet walked into the tomb chamber, slowly making her way to the box containing the Gem. She picked up the box from the ground, opened it, and saw the red Gem inside.

Looking at the Gem in front of her, Ahmanet smiled, then took the Gem out of the box and placed it on top of the Dagger of Set, instantly merging the two into one.

At that moment, a powerful force appeared on the dagger, and the Dagger of Set was completely restored.

Holding the Dagger of Set, Ahmanet was at the peak of her power.

Just then, Ahmanet turned to look at the door and saw Nick, Jane, Coulson, and Yakushi Kabuto appear there.

It was Jane who led everyone here, but they didn't expect the other party to arrive before them.

Ahmanet smiled. "Nick, come to me quickly."

The four of them walked in through the open door. Jane immediately spotted the dagger in Ahmanet's hand and exclaimed, "Oh no! She got the Gem!"

Coulson's expression changed when he saw the woman in front of him. Damn it, she had arrived here first! He had heard from Yakushi Kabuto that he was no match for this woman.

Doesn't this mean that we are in danger today?

Nick, who had been called upon, now had a glazed look in his eyes. At that moment, he felt as if he were back in the desert, with Ahmanet standing in front of him, reaching out her hand and saying, "Come to me."

In reality, Nick's body was also walking step by step towards Ahmanet.

Coulson then looked at Yakushi Kabuto, having secretly told him on his way over that if they couldn't destroy the Gem beforehand, they should eliminate Nick before the ritual began, and absolutely prevent the Death God Set from descending upon the world.

Yakushi Kabuto flashed in front of Nick, pulled him back, and threw him out the door behind him.

When Coulson saw that Yakushi Kabuto hadn't immediately killed him, he didn't know whether to be relieved or annoyed that the other man hadn't followed orders.

At this moment, Yakushi Kabuto stood in front of the four, holding Kunai in a fighting stance, and then spoke:

"Coulson, you take them and retreat first. I'll hold them off."

Looking at the man in front of her, Ahmanet instantly recalled the scene from the Prodigium when he was attacked by a pair of agents, and then escaped.

Ahmanet acknowledged the speed of her opponent.

Ahmanet waved her hand and said, "Grab him!"

Just as the army of skeletons on the ground was about to move, and Coulson had only just turned around, he heard an arrogant voice say:

"It seems we've arrived just in time!"

At that moment, two shadows appeared on the tunnel at the entrance. One of the shadows had a huge scythe on it, as if Death God had arrived.

Jane and Nick looked towards the tunnel, their faces filled with despair. Could it be another monster?

As the footsteps grew clearer, the shadows began to shrink.

Soon, two men dressed in Black Cloak with Red Clouds appeared before the crowd. They were none other than Hidan and Itachi Uchiha, S-rank missing-nin from the Akatsuki.

Nick and Jane looked bewildered at the two people who appeared, but since they didn't have Demon markings on their faces, they probably weren't summoned by Ahmanet.

However, Coulson and Yakushi Kabuto looked extremely tense; they were truly caught between a rock and a hard place.

As Itachi Uchiha emerged, he saw the dagger in Set's hand.

"Brush!"

In a Body Flicker Technique, he appeared in front of Ahmanet, grabbed the wrist holding the dagger, broke it, and took the Dagger of Set from her hand.

With her wrist broken, Ahmanet let out a painful howl. Then, Itachi Uchiha kicked out, sending Ahmanet flying into the air.

"Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!"

"Boom!"

However, Itachi Uchiha formed a hand Hand Seals and delivered a finishing Ninjutsu attack to the airborne Ahmanet.

All of this was accomplished in the blink of an eye.

Nick and Jane stared wide-eyed. The previous Yakushi Kabuto was even more shocking, completely shattering their worldview. Coulson, on the other hand, put down his pistol and stood against the wall.

Meanwhile, Yakushi Kabuto stayed by Coulson's side.

Just then, Hidan complained, "Suzaku, didn't we agree that she was mine?"

Itachi Uchiha glanced at the Dagger of Set in his hand, then looked towards the flames beside him and said coldly, "She's still alive. She's yours."

As soon as Itachi Uchiha finished speaking, Ahmanet instantly leaped out of the flames.

At this moment, her broken wrist had been restored to its original state, and there was no trace of burns on her body.

Hidan looked at Ahmanet running out and smiled, "Undying Body?"

"Interesting!"

Ahmanet glared at Itachi Uchiha with hatred in her eyes. This man had just stolen Dagger of Set.

"Go, kill them!"

At Ahmanet's command, the skeleton army in the tomb immediately launched an indiscriminate attack on those inside.

Meanwhile, Ahmanet herself was about to charge towards Itachi Uchiha, determined to retrieve the Dagger of Set.

However, before she could even reach Itachi Uchiha, Hidan's scythe arrived first, placing itself between the two.

Hidan's Bloody Triple-Bladed Scythe stood in the middle, and then the next second the chains in his hand retracted, and Hidan himself flew over.

Hidan picked up the scythe from the ground, pointed it at Ahmanet, and said:

"Your opponent is me!"

He then charged forward wielding his scythe, while inside the tomb, a battle raged everywhere.

Large numbers of skeletons and Mummy began attacking Nick and his companions, while countless more skeletons rushed towards them from outside the tunnel.

Coulson shielded Nick and Jane behind him and fired his pistol, while Yakushi Kabuto stayed by Coulson's side, killing all the approaching Skeleton Soldier.

As for Itachi Uchiha, he swiftly leaped to a high point above the grave, standing atop it to watch the Hidan sequence.
