At that moment, Nick Fury rode the elevator all the way down into the underground Laboratory, while Coulson reported:

"Doctor Selvig detected a burst of energy released from the Tesseract four hours ago.

"NASA did not authorize Selvig to run any tests."

Nick Fury asked in confusion, "He didn't test it?"

Coulson replied, "No. He wasn't even there at the time."

"The energy was triggered naturally."

Agent Hill, behind him, asked in puzzlement, "It just turned itself on?"

"What level is the energy at now?"

"The energy is still rising. Selvig can't shut it down. All we can do is order a full evacuation."

As Nick Fury walked toward the Laboratory, he asked, "How long until everyone is evacuated?"

Coulson replied, "Half an hour."

"Make it faster."

After receiving the order, Coulson stopped following Nick Fury and immediately turned to make arrangements with the staff, speeding up the evacuation.

The entire underground Tesseract research Laboratory was enormous. Nick Fury was still heading downward when Hill spoke from behind him. "Sir, evacuation may not help."

Nick Fury asked back, "Then should we tell everyone to go back to sleep?"

Hill explained, "If we can't control the Tesseract's energy, the damage radius will exceed anything we can imagine."

Nick Fury turned his head and glanced at Hill, then instructed, "I need you to make sure all prototypes of Energy Block Type 2 are transferred."

"Sir, do we really still need to worry about that right now?"

Nick Fury stopped in his tracks, looked at Hill, and said with a serious expression, "As long as the end of the world hasn't arrived, we still need to be fully prepared."

"Clear out all technical equipment underground. Load every Energy Block Type 2 device onto trucks and move them
