Nick Fury had just received word from his subordinates that Black Panther, whom he had designated as 084, had appeared once again at the Sunagakure Puppet Shop. He immediately picked up the phone and gave the order:

"Have Natasha, Barton, Chen Haoran, and Brock Rumlow come to my office at once."

"Yes, sir!"

After hanging up, Nick Fury murmured, "I won't let you get away this time."

Before long, Natasha, Barton, Chen Haoran, and Brock Rumlow arrived in Nick Fury's office.

Seeing that everyone was present, Nick Fury said, "The 084 target, Black Panther, who vanished after attacking our S.H.I.E.L.D. agents last time, has appeared again at the Sunagakure Puppet Shop."

"I'm assigning you a mission. Head to the target's location. Once he leaves the Sunagakure Puppet Shop and gets into a vehicle, arrest him immediately."

"Dead or alive this time. If you can't take him alive, shoot him dead."

"Take a Quinjet there at once. I'll arrange for nearby agents to stall him."

The four who received the mission immediately replied, "Yes, sir!"

"Move out."

The four turned and left Nick Fury's office, running toward the landing pad where the Quinjet was parked.

Watching his subordinates leave, Nick Fury began guessing at the target's reason for going to the Sunagakure Puppet Shop this time.

He was carrying a case. Could it be that he had found Vibranium again?

Impossible. Wakanda's Vibranium had already been emptied out. The last of the reserves had already been taken away by him, and as far as he knew, the Vibranium quotas from the other three countries had also already been handed over.

Or perhaps he had found some other item that Sunagakure needed. Surely he hadn't gathered some Chitauri equipment and gone there to trade it, had he?

After all, no one
