Upon hearing Happy's words, Pepper Potts visibly paused for a moment, then turned around, looked at Happy, and asked incredulously, "Happy, are you serious?"

"Is it really possible for someone to find Tony when even the military can't find him?"

Happy coughed, then said solemnly, "As you know, I'm Tony's bodyguard. Being in my line of work, I have some understanding of the underworld."

"The United States underworld has now welcomed a new king, an Elder of a global organization, the High Table, who is currently in charge of the entire United States region."

"Before he became king, he had an Agency called Charlotte Agency. Countless people had posted missions there to find missing items, people, and pets. No matter where they were, even if they were stolen out of the country or were already corpses, they could be found quickly."

"If you're interested in this Agency, perhaps they can provide the answer, but the price is a bit high; I can't afford it."

Clearly, Happy's last sentence was an explanation for why he didn't go to Charlotte Agency to issue the mission, but waited until now.

Upon hearing Happy's words, Pepper Potts spoke directly to the air, "Jarvis, pull up all the information about Charlotte Agency for me."

"Okay, Ms. Pepper, please wait a moment."

"The message has been sent to the tablet on your desk. Please view it yourself."

Pepper Potts walked to the table, picked up the tablet, and began to review the information on it. Page after page, all the information about Charlotte Agency on the internet was transmitted to her.

After reading all the information above, Pepper Potts's expression hardened. Normally, she would never associate with such underground forces, but thinking of Tony Stark, she finally said, "Happy, drive, take me to Charlotte Agency."

······

Push open the door of Charlotte Agency.

Happy led Pepper Potts into the hall, where they saw a young couple standing.

Happy whispered, "Pepper, that gentleman is the owner here."

When Ginny saw a customer arrive, she stepped forward from behind the counter and asked, "Madam, how may I help you?"

Looking at the blonde beauty in front of her, Pepper Potts glanced at Charlotte Doyle inside and said, "I need to post a mission and would like to ask him for help."

Charlotte had already guessed what it was about when she saw the two people enter, but she didn't expect them to come to him for help.

"Ginny, take them to the Reception Room, and bring me a blank Mission Scroll."

Upon hearing Charlotte's instructions, Ginny glanced at the two people in front of her in surprise, wondering what was going on that the BOSS would prepare Mission Scroll as soon as he arrived.

After settling into the Reception Room, Pepper Potts said, "Mr. Charlotte, I have a request for you, and I hope you can take it on."

Charlotte looked at Pepper Potts's haggard face and said calmly, "I saw the news last week and can roughly guess what your request is, but I still need you to tell me the details."

Pepper Potts composed herself and slowly began, "Two months ago, Tony Stark traveled to Afghanistan to deliver weapons to the U. S. military. After the transaction was completed, on his way back to the U. S. base, he was attacked by an unidentified armed group. No Tony was found at the scene, leading to speculation that he was kidnapped and his whereabouts are currently unknown."

"I'd like to do you a favor and bring Tony Stark back, even if it's just..."

At this point, Pepper Potts ' eyes reddened, and she couldn't continue.

Hearing this, Charlotte knew it was her turn to speak. She couldn't let free money slip by, especially since it was a time when she was short of money and urgently needed to pay her taxes.

"Ms. Pepper Potts, I understand your feelings, but I must say that since Tony Stark was attacked by an unknown armed force, the rescue mission will involve combat, and that will come at a very high price."

"Secondly, if Tony Stark is still alive and I've brought him out of the hands of the armed forces, how much are you willing to pay?"

Upon hearing Charlotte directly bring up the price, Pepper Potts replied seriously, "As long as you can find Tony Stark and bring him back safely, money is no object."

Charlotte, who already knew Tony could escape on his own, said solemnly, "Charlotte Agency has a 100% mission completion rate. If I'm willing to take on this mission, I will definitely complete it."

Then Charlotte held up one finger and said, "The price, this amount."

Pepper Potts saw Charlotte extend one finger, thought for a moment, and said, "If you can bring Tony Stark back alive, I'll accept $100 million."

"Even if Tony is no longer alive, I'm willing to pay $10 million to bring back his remains."

Clearly, Pepper Potts has decided that she wants to see him alive or dead.

As for the price of 100 million or 10 million, given the current situation and Tony Stark's status, if he can bring the other party back alive, not to mention 100 million, even 200 million or 300 million wouldn't be too much.

Because Tony Stark is worth that price.

Charlotte Doyle clearly didn't know Pepper Potts ' bottom line; he just wanted to earn his tax money through this mission. However, he obviously asked for too little, but felt he had made a huge profit, after all, he wasn't the colleague who asked for 50,000.

Charlotte smiled and said, "Deal!"

Both of them feel they've made a huge profit, so who lost out?

Nobody lost out!

Charlotte then opened the blank Mission Scroll, wrote down all the quest details, including the requirements and price, and placed it in front of Pepper Potts, indicating that he should confirm it.

Pepper Potts took the Mission Scroll and began to examine it carefully, while Happy, who had only uttered one sentence since entering, remained completely silent, like an Translucent.

Once confirmed, Pepper Potts signed her name on it.

Seeing that the other party had already signed, Charlotte said, "Since this is a missing person mission, normally half of the mission fee needs to be paid first. However, I can't give you confirmation that Tony Stark is alive right now, so just pay $5 million first."

"In addition, I need you to provide one of Mr. Tony Stark's former accessories, preferably something that hasn't been cleaned or has some hair left behind, so that I can use it to find Tony Stark."

As for the clothes, it's been two months since the incident, so Tony's secretary must have arranged for them to be thoroughly cleaned. There shouldn't be any smell, and there probably isn't a single hair left.

Upon hearing Charlotte's request, Pepper Potts nodded and said that the money could be paid by card shortly, but Tony's personal accessories would need to be delivered later.

After completing all the formalities, Charlotte Doyle watched the two leave.
