Pakura's first plan was to use Ninja Dogs to track the other party's location by scent, then, once they found them, take the four people from Sunagakure to launch a surprise attack on their home. That way, they should be able to directly obtain the Vibranium in the other party's house.

The second method was to detain the other party directly during the second transaction. That would most likely allow them to obtain the Vibranium in his possession as well, but there was also a chance he would rather die than submit.

However, after hearing this, Charlotte understood that if he did not designate the location, the Ninja Dogs probably would not be able to find Black Panther T'Challa and the others. After all, he knew they traveled back and forth between New York and Wakanda aboard a Stealth Fighter.

If they did not know the location and relied on Ninja Dogs to search, Pakkun and the others did not have the ability to smell Black Panther's scent all the way from New York to Wakanda.

As for the second method, relying only on the few people from Sunagakure might not work either. Charlotte said, "You may not be able to detain that Black Panther. As far as I know, the equipment on him is also made from Vibranium."

"Given how sturdy Vibranium is, you may not be able to keep him there."
