At this moment, all of Sasuke Uchiha's attack methods were displayed to Madame Gao through the monitoring system.

Seeing their Substitution Technique, Sasuke's Shuriken technique, and their attire and Asian features, Madame Gao asked uncertainly, "Are they ninjas too?"

Then Madame Gao's tone turned cold and stern as she said, "Xin, take all the ninjas away. Except for the older one, eliminate the other two."

"Bring that guy who's obviously in charge back to me alive."

The ninja, Xin, bowed his head and replied, "Yes!"

He then left Madame Gao's room, leading the Hand ninjas downstairs.

Watching the surveillance video of the trio sweeping everything aside, Madame Gao wasn't worried. She was just wondering about their origins. In Japan, besides the Hand legitimate ninjas, the Chaste was the only other one.

However, the three people's fighting style and attire clearly showed no resemblance to the Chaste, especially their use of the Substitution Technique, which particularly caught her eye.

Could it be a new Ninjutsu developed by the Iga, Koga, or other clans?

Just as Madame Gao was pondering, the telephone on the table suddenly rang.

Madame Gao picked up her phone and swiped up to answer the call.

"Boss, something terrible has happened! Our factory in Hell's Kitchen has been attacked by a large number of unidentified individuals, they seem to be assassins from New York..."

"Uh... ah!"

Before the other person could finish speaking, a scream rang out and they fell silent.

The call hadn't ended. After successfully killing the messenger, Eila walked to the body to take a picture as evidence. She then arranged for Charlie from the Continental Hotel to bring the body back so she could collect the reward later.

Seeing the still-connected phone and the word "leader" on it, Eila immediately picked up the phone from the ground and said, "Hey, where are you? I want to meet you."

Eila was clearly after the other party's leader's status, believing it would bring in a substantial bounty.

Upon hearing the unfamiliar voice on the phone, Madame Gao ignored it and immediately slid off the phone, hanging up the call instantly.

Hearing the busy tone on her phone, Eila slammed it to the ground, cursing, "Bastard!"

Clearly, he felt that a piece of easy money had slipped through his fingers...

At this moment, the King of Bowery walked over and said, "Quickly take photos as evidence. If that doesn't work, call our people to send the bodies to the Continental Hotel. There's been too much killing today; I'm afraid Charlie and the others won't be able to handle it."

Upon hearing the King of Bowery's words, Eila thought for a moment, summoned a group of subordinates to begin collecting the corpses, and then led some elite troops toward the next stronghold.

On the other side, Madame Gao, who had just hung up the phone, hadn't even had time to analyze what had happened when her phone rang again, receiving a series of messages about attacks on various outposts.

At this point, Madame Gao realized that things were not so simple.

······

On the other side.

Meanwhile, in the War Room, Ginny, using her role the Adjudicator, retrieved information about the Hand's activities in Hell's Kitchen from the High Table Archive Center and began filtering through the building information provided by the King of Bowery.

Charlotte was sitting in the Agency's Rest Area, listening to soothing music and enjoying the wine Kingpin had brought her.

He was waiting for Sasuke and the others to bring Madame Gao Taka over.

At this point, Hell's Kitchen was in complete chaos, but with the High Table and Kingpin giving instructions, the police turned a blind eye to what was happening. However, there was one condition: the chaos had to remain confined to Hell's Kitchen.

If an attack of this scale were to occur outside of Hell's Kitchen, police stations in other areas would respond immediately upon receiving the emergency call.

······

Unlike the chaotic Midtown area, Manhattan in the heart of New York City is a place of revelry and tranquility.

Tony Stark, who had already finished his press conference, arrived downstairs at his company and looked at the Giant Arc Reactor displayed in the lobby, deep in thought.

Obadiah arrived at that moment, and after learning from Happy that Tony Stark was inside, he swiped his card and went in as well.

Obadiah, a cigar dangling from his lips, looked at the massive Arc Reactor in front of him and said, "Look at this, well done."

Upon hearing Obadiah's words, Tony retorted, "Shouldn't you draw a bullseye on my head?"

Obadiah took the cigar from his mouth and walked towards Tony, saying as he went, "Your head? Mine, I suppose."

How much do you estimate the stock market will drop tomorrow?

Tony looked at the Giant Arc Reactor in front of him and said, "Optimistically speaking, 40 points."

Obadiah, standing beside Tony, said, "At least 40 points."

"Tony, we're a weapons manufacturer."

Before Obadiah could finish speaking, Tony interrupted, "Obadiah, I just..."

"I don't want it to come at the cost of lives."

"That is..."

Before Tony could finish speaking, Obadiah interjected, "That's our duty."

Tony replied, "Yes, duty."

Obadiah looked at Tony, his expression serious, and said, "We consume steel to manufacture weapons."

Tony retorted, "My name is on the company building."

Obadiah ignored Tony's rebuttal and continued, "Everything we do is for the sake of maintaining world peace and stability."

Tony reiterated, "That's not what I see. What we did wasn't honorable."

"We can do better; we must find another way."

Hearing Tony's words, Obadiah asked, "So what do you want to do?"

"Are you planning to produce baby bottles?"

Tony said solemnly, "We should reassess the technological value of the Arc Reactor."

Upon hearing Tony's words, Obadiah laughed and said, "Forget it, this repositioning is just a gimmick."

"Tony, that's enough. It's just for fooling those who don't know the truth."

Tony looked at the Arc Reactor and said, "It's not a gimmick."

Obadiah laughed and said, "Yes, it's a research project, but it's completely a losing proposition."

"We both know very well that the research on Arc Reactor technology can't continue."

Tony tilted his head, looking at the Arc Reactor, and said, "Maybe."

Obadiah added from behind, "We haven't made a breakthrough in almost 30 years."

Tony turned around, his face beaming with pride, and said to Obadiah, "No, I've already made a breakthrough."

Obadiah looked at Tony incredulously and exclaimed in surprise, "What? You've made a breakthrough? Let me see!"

Tony unbuttoned his shirt, revealing the Arc Reactor on his chest.

Upon seeing the Arc Reactor, Obadiah's eyes lit up, and a smile immediately appeared on his face. He helped Tony fasten his shirt and then said:

"Listen to me, Tony."

"We're in the same boat. If we work together, we'll be incredibly strong, just like your dad and me."

Tony then spoke up, "Sorry I didn't greet you, apologies."

Obadiah laughed and said, "Leave the press conference to me. This time, we're going to play a completely different card."

"You're definitely going to be under a lot of pressure. You have to promise me you'll keep a low profile this time."

This time, without Rhodey's leak, Tony took the initiative to tell this elder he 'trusted' about his latest research.
