Charlotte smiled, then glanced at everyone in the conference room before saying, "I came to discuss something with you, but are you planning to talk about it in front of everyone?"
Robert Gonzales nodded. "Everyone here is one of us. I don't think there's any problem discussing it here."
Seeing that he intended to communicate here, Charlotte did not refuse. Instead, he said directly, "In the cargo hold of your Helicarrier Iliad, there is an 084 Object—a black liquid Monolith."
"I need that thing. I'm prepared to make an exchange with you."
Hearing this, everyone understood. Charlotte Doyle's target really was that object.
Robert Gonzales asked with some curiosity, "How did you know about this thing?"
First Coulson knew about the thing he had hidden on the carrier, and now Charlotte Doyle knew very clearly as well. Could it be that the intelligence defenses on his side had long since turned into a sieve?

Tony was rather curious about what that so-called liquid Black Stone was, and what it did, but Charlotte was making a deal with someone right now, so it was not a good time for him to speak up.
As for Thor, he did not care in the slightest. He did not think S.H.I.E.L.D. had anything in its hands that he would take a fancy to.
