After Spirit Cloud Sect’s victory, Lu Ze built Ghost Town Terror to train cultivators against ghosts and earn fear points. Players struggled through its haunted trials, and Revered Netherworld Soul entered its highest difficulty before encountering a terrifying bridal procession.

• Lu Ze defeated Guo Tianyin’s team in a blind-pick match, then prolonged the game until Liu Mo’s death forced the opposing team to disconnect.
• Spirit Cloud Sect won the Heavenly Dao Cup final, and Lu Ze completed the Formless Iterative Realm before taking on a mission to frighten cultivators with malevolent entities.

The arc ended with Zhong Yi leading cultivators toward a confrontation with the cheaters as Lu Ze watched from above.

• Revered Netherworld Soul resisted Ghost Buddha’s Illusion Realm at first, but was eventually forced to kowtow, exposed the Demon Path’s role in the Ghost Calamity, and lost much of his cultivation.
• Zhou Yue reported that he had killed the Ghost Immortal, while Lu Ze’s Ghost Town Terror grew popular and helped him advance to the Nascent Soul Realm.
• After learning that the Illusion Alliance’s Heavenly Dao Mystic Realm lacked balance, Lu Ze created Naraka: Bladepoint and challenged the Alliance to match his combat illusion.
• Zhong Yi, Zhou Yue, and Mu Yawen played Naraka: Bladepoint together, enduring repeated deaths, ambushes, and chaotic battles across Juku Island.
• Naraka: Bladepoint attracted cultivators from the Heavenly Dao Mystic Realm, and Lu Ze repeatedly killed Huang Xiao and Chao Wendao while they played.

• Zhong Yi and the cultivators fought Jiang Lingfeng and Du Cheng in Tianren City, while Zhou Yue and Li Moran defeated them and exposed their identities in the Illusion Realm.
