Wang Gulas stroked his chin, muttering to himself. He recalled how, before leaving Hearthstone Tavern, he had specifically asked Giant Axe about the Forget Worry Series Liquor.
Giant Axe did not know much about it either, and truthfully, he was not particularly interested. In the eyes of that dwarven elder, as long as it worked, that was enough. Why bother overthinking it?

The voices in the room vanished. Drizzling rain and faint thunder came from outside, sounding hazy and distant, as though separated by a great expanse.
Elizabeth's bandage-wrapped skeletal fingers lightly tapped the tabletop. The crisp sound seemed especially piercing in such an environment.
