"My authority has grown stronger—"
Leveraging the Tree of Life's ecological network, Ron continuously encroached upon the core regions of the garden of Nurgle.
Not only him—even the human armies, engineering teams, and researchers were doing the same.
They were encroaching upon this unimaginably vast Garden of Corruption from every direction, seizing resources from it while expanding the influence of their Savior and gathering the power of authority.
This was a shocking breakthrough.
Previously, he had needed to join forces with other Chaos Gods before he could enter the core of Blood Soil, encroach upon the Brass Fortress that represented the Blood God's power, and devour Mindless Slaughter's authority.
But this time, he was alone, encroaching upon the core authority of a supreme Dark God, bit by bit consuming the authority of corruption and erosion.
Ron's essential power, the Sun of Hope, possessed unimaginable compatibility. It greedily absorbed every power it came into contact with, continuously taking them in and fusing them.
Then it transformed them into the essence of his own authority.
"Given the current situation, the title King of Knockoffs of the Warp doesn't seem very suitable for me anymore."
Ron thought.
He was no longer growing stronger by borrowing the open-source authority powers of the gods. Instead, he had forged his own unique path.
The authority of the Sun of Hope did not belong to any of the eight Stairways to Ascension. It was another, even more special kind of existence.
Simply put, he had gradually stepped beyond the original path of ascending through faith, accomplishing something even The Emperor had failed to achieve.
As for what the Sun of Hope would ultimately become, Ron did not know. Or rather, no one could know.
The only thing he could do was work to absorb more different forms
