No matter what, the Emperor, that Master of Mankind, was the founder of the Imperium. How could he be blasphemed like this?
Even the most extreme members of the Radical Faction within the Adeptus Mechanicus would think the person behind this plan was too extreme.
To put it even more dramatically, even Chaos heretics would not be able to come up with a plan this bold.
