The Victory Celebration was being held in Hope Plaza, with tens of millions taking part in the ceremony.
They were nobles, officials, and citizen representatives of the Imperium, drawn from every level of imperial society, including the most ordinary workers.
They had been fortunate enough to be invited to the ceremony, to witness this grand event of the Imperium with their own eyes. It was an incomparable honor.

Especially the worker representatives. For many of them, this was the first time they had ever stepped beyond their sector, bringing their families to this imperial capital and personally experiencing the prosperity of this sacred place.
It was almost no different from a pilgrimage, and a publicly funded trip lasting several years at that. Aside from attending the ceremony, there were many other celebratory activities as well.
Once the celebration ended and they returned home, they might receive more interviews from local Propaganda Departments and news organizations, or perhaps be offered an olive branch by local groups.
