During his trip to the Ancient Immortal Court Ruins, Wang Changsheng obtained the three Storage Bracelets left behind by Xuanyuan Jie. He found quite a few ancient texts inside them, including some descriptions of the Great Dao Stage.
Dao Ancestors still could not transcend the Heavenly Dao and remained bound by it. They had merely begun to come into contact with Source Power, the essence of all things. Those in the Great Dao Stage transcended the Heavenly Dao and opened up their own Dao, which was equivalent to creating their own world. In that world, they were the Dao and the makers of all rules and laws. As long as the world did not perish, its creator would not perish, and as long as its creator did not perish, the world would exist forever—unless the world and its creator were destroyed at the same time.
Simply put, Dao Ancestors understood the essence of all things, while those in the Great Dao Stage created a world in which they possessed the final say.
There were many kinds among the Three Thousand Great Daos. The most common were the Five Elements Great Dao: the Fire Great Dao, Water Great Dao, Metal Great Dao, Wood Great Dao, and Earth Great Dao. There were two ways to cultivate the Dao: comprehension and refining the Great Dao Source. The former consumed more time, while the latter saved time.
There were three thousand Great Daos. Those who controlled no more than seven hundred and fifty Daos were Dao Venerable Early Stage cultivators; those who controlled between seven hundred and fifty-one and one thousand five hundred Daos were Dao Venerable Middle
