Shrek won its first major team battles, trained through a month of victories, and rose to face the Royal Fight Battle Team. After Wang Xiaofeng defeated Yu Tianheng in a solo match, Shrek gained the advantage in their team battle and forced Dugu Yan to surrender.

• Tang San coordinated Shrek’s masked team against Ning Tian’s Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Battle Team, and Shrek won after Wang Gang and Wang Xiaofeng both fell from the fight.
• Grandmaster praised Shrek’s teamwork, and Wang Xiaofeng recovered from the fused butterfly spirits’ poison before breaking through to Rank 39.
• Shrek won its battle against the Money Battle Team with Tang San’s trapping strategy, then went on to win twenty-seven team battles over the next month.
• Manager Ao arranged Wang Xiaofeng’s solo match against Yu Tianheng, and Wang Xiaofeng defeated him by breaking his Dragon Arm and throwing him from the arena.
• Dugu Yan attacked Wang Xiaofeng with poison after the match, and Tang San’s team prepared to target the Royal Fight Battle Team’s healer in the upcoming team battle.
• Shrek tricked the Royal Fight Battle Team with illusions, and Dai Mubai overpowered Yu Tianheng before Tang San trapped him and the others pressed their attack.
• Tang San used Yu Tianheng as a shield against the Shi Brothers, while Shrek’s fighters defeated Yu Feng and drove Dugu Yan to surrender.

After Shrek’s Soul Arena victory, the students trained through a long break and set out for Heaven Dou Royal Academy. They defeated the deadly Evil God Battle Team on the way, then arrived at the academy and clashed with its patrol students.

• Shrek celebrated its victory over the Royal Fight Battle Team, and Qin Ming revealed himself as a famous former Shrek student before proposing an exchange at Heaven Dou Royal Academy.
• During the break, Wang Xiaofeng perfected Gluttony, tested the Hell White Tiger, and visited his parents in Calabash Village, where he left a thousand-year Soul Bone for safekeeping.
• Tang San returned from seclusion with hidden weapons, and Shrek left for Heaven Dou Royal Academy after Flander removed the academy’s plaque and Zhao Wuji drove the students through a punishing journey.
• In Silves City, Grandmaster arranged a match against the notorious Evil God Battle Team, and Tang San’s Zhuge Divine Crossbows killed six opponents before Meng Li’s blood-fueled transformation overwhelmed Shrek.
• Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing combined as the Hell White Tiger to knock Meng Li down, and four dark shadows burst from Meng Li’s head before Shrek was declared the winner.
• After Tang San recovered from his injuries, Shrek reached Heaven Dou Royal Academy, where Wang Xiaofeng, Dai Mubai, Tang San, and Ma Hongjun defeated the patrol students who rejected their exchange visit.

Shrek left Heaven Dou Royal Academy after Prince Xue Xing and Dugu Bo threatened the group, then reunited with Liu Erlong at Blue Tyrant Academy, which became Shrek Academy. While Tang San trained with Dugu Bo, Wang Xiaofeng gained his fourth Soul Ring and discovered a skull Soul Bone in the Three-Eared Ape’s remains.

• Qin Ming brought the Shrek group to Heaven Dou Royal Academy, where Zhi Lin tested the students and Tang San endured intense Soul Power pressure.
• Prince Xue Xing tried to expel Shrek, but Dugu Bo challenged them to withstand his poison, and Wang Xiaofeng absorbed most of the poisonous mist with his Green Calabash before collapsing.
• After Tang San put Wang Xiaofeng into suspended death, Qin Ming resigned and rejoined Shrek, and the group found a new home at Blue Tyrant Academy.
• Flander reunited Grandmaster with Liu Erlong, who made Blue Tyrant Academy into Shrek Academy, while Tang San disappeared and the group learned that Dugu Bo had taken him away to train.
• Wang Sixuan emerged from a golden cocoon after surviving a Thunder Tribulation and settled in a hidden forest sanctuary with Dream Butterfly and Xiong Er.
• Wang Xiaofeng recovered, reached Rank 40, and joined the Advanced Class, where Xiao Wu defeated Tailong after he challenged the newcomers.
• Grandmaster took Wang Xiaofeng and Ma Hongjun to Sunset Forest to find Soul Rings, and Wang Xiaofeng chose a five-thousand-six-hundred-year-old Three-Eared Ape.
• Wang Xiaofeng absorbed the Three-Eared Ape’s Soul Ring, gained greatly enhanced senses, and Grandmaster discovered a skull Soul Bone in the Beast’s remains.

Wang Xiaofeng helped Ma Hongjun obtain a new Soul Ring after a dangerous hunt near a volcano, then returned to Shrek and reunited with a girl from his past at an auction. Later, he joined Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing on a border Soul Beast hunt, where the group found themselves facing two suspicious men.

• Grandmaster led Wang Xiaofeng, Ma Hongjun, and Liu Erlong through Sunset Forest to search for a Cloud-Resting Azure Bird, but the hunt ended in a battle with its king and other Soul Beasts that left Liu Erlong and Grandmaster injured.
• Wang Xiaofeng fought off the attacking Cloud-Resting Azure Birds and brought the unconscious Liu Erlong, Grandmaster, and Ma Hongjun to a hidden cave, where Ma Hongjun recovered and gained his Third Soul Ring.
• A Shebi Bird attacked Ma Hongjun near the cave, but Wang Xiaofeng helped him survive, and the group returned to Shrek after Grandmaster recovered.
• At the Auction House, Wang Xiaofeng bid against a masked girl for a rare sapphire and later recognized her as the young woman he had met more than two years earlier.
• Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing broke through, then asked Flander for leave to seek Soul Beasts in the Star Luo Empire, and the Shrek group traveled with them under the Grandmaster's direction.
• The group watched Flowing Light Tigers and Shadow Cat Demons fight, then fled when the tigers unleashed Meteor Fall and Wang Xiaofeng shielded them from the blast with his Gourd.
• Wang Xiaofeng led the group to search the devastated battlefield, where Zhu Zhuqing killed an injured Shadow Cat Demon and found a Soul Ring suited to her.
• After the surviving Shadow Cat Demons fled, Wang Xiaofeng noticed two men emerging from underground, and one insulted the Shrek group as tender-skinned young masters and ladies.
