• Wang Xiaofeng and his companions defeated Wang Hu and the other attackers in the Star Dou Forest, and Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing gained new Soul Rings.
• Dai Mubai absorbed a Purple Soul Ring and gained White Tiger Meteor Shower, then sparred with Wang Xiaofeng before the group returned to the academy.
• Nidya took Wang Xiaofeng to the Auction House, where he bought Meteorite Iron and a Ginseng Doll, and later Tang San returned and reunited with his friends.

The Shrek group hunted for Soul Rings in Sunset Forest, where Wang Xiaofeng and the others fought dangerous Soul Beasts and rescued one another during a series of attacks. Zhu Zhuqing and Ning Rongrong gained new abilities, Tang San absorbed a Bloodthirst Demon Spider, and a figure appeared above the Cliff Wall at dawn.

• Tang San led the group through the Pink Lady’s swarm, and they fought the Earth King while Wang Xiaofeng defeated a scythe wielder who claimed Grandmaster had invited him.
• The group later hunted a Phoenix Tail Crested Serpent for Oscar and fought the Flame Lord, whose Soul Ring Ma Hongjun absorbed to gain his Phoenix Sunset Strike.
• Oscar and Ma Hongjun helped Lei Ming’s mercenaries escape Soul Beasts, but Lei Ming turned on them, and Flander left Oscar to decide their punishment.
• The Shrek group used Tang San’s Youxiang Qiluo Immortal Plant and Dugu Bo’s poison array to attract Soul Beasts, then captured a Ghost Tiger for Zhu Zhuqing and a Scale Armor Beast for Ning Rongrong.

As the team continued competing, Oscar and Wang Xiaofeng uncovered a pattern of suspicious deaths, while Wang Feng unexpectedly found Wang Xiaofeng distributing flyers.

• Tang San gave the destructive left arm Soul Bone to Dai Mubai, who absorbed it and gained a restorative devouring skill and a rise to level forty-eight.
• After their return to Shrek Academy, the team prepared for the Elite Tournament, where Flander dressed them in advertising uniforms and Shrek drew Heaven Dou Royal Academy’s Second Team as its first opponent.
• Tang San, Dai Mubai, and Ma Hongjun defeated Heaven Dou Royal Academy’s Second Team in under ten seconds, and Flander and Wang Xiaofeng collected their gambling winnings.
