As Cifer had guessed, Little Ul landed near G-8 base.
Cifer had no intention of staying at Nabarro Fortress. He hadn't found any wanted posters for Luffy yet and planned to head to the East Blue. As for KureKke, he'd have Hina give him a ride.
"Well then, it's time for us to part ways, Hina."
He had already kept her long enough; it was time for Cifer to let her return to the Marines. He believed that next time, Hina would willingly become his navigator.
The World Government's facade would be torn down piece by piece, and she needed time.
The moment had finally arrived. Hina had been preparing herself since they left Sky Island.
"Hina is leaving!"
She turned, intending to jump from the ship to the shore. Jonathan and Jessica were waiting for her, and Uncle Wright had already packed his bags and disembarked, leaving them space to say goodbye.
As she reached the ship's edge, she suddenly looked back and plunged into Cifer's embrace.
"I've been very happy these past two months! Thank you!"
A light kiss was placed on Cifer's cheek. Hina turned and left, as if she had no lingering attachments.
"Yeeeee-hahaha~ Mortals are mortals after all!"
After Hina disembarked, Enel, who had been watching from the ship's cabin, came out laughing. It seemed to him that someone liking Cifer was something to be mocked.
"Has anyone ever told you that you resemble a dog?"
"I am God! Who dares describe me as a dog?"
Cifer ignored Enel and piloted Little Ul away from G-8 base, acknowledging that the generational gap between them was difficult to bridge.
"Little Hina is still watching, huh? How far have we gone already?"
Onshore, Jessica pinched Hina's reddened cheeks, teasing her. But Hina paid it no mind.
Next time we meet, Hina will be stronger!
With newfound resolve, Hina immediately took out a Den Den Mushi, preparing to call her branch's warship to pick her up.
"Cifer, how will we sail without a navigator and a cook?"
Enel wouldn't stop Hina and Wright from leaving, as it was Cifer's choice, but a new problem now lay before them.
How would two men who couldn't cook or read sea charts find their destination in this vast ocean?
"Hahaha, don't be impatient, Enel. Fate will naturally lead us to our next stop."
Cifer wasn't worried. Not to mention the large amount of ready-made food on the ship, he could tear through space to places he had been before. If all else failed, they could go to Sabaody Archipelago, Kakaman Island, or Fish-Man Island.
They randomly chose a direction and let Little Ul drift with the waves on the sea. After all, there was nowhere in the world they couldn't go!
"Speaking of which, you need to learn Haki!"
A Logia user without Haki could only bully rookies in Paradise.
Enel's offensive capabilities were immense, so much so that even Cifer in his normal state had to take him seriously. However, his shortcomings were too obvious.
He was like a high-attack, low-defense shooter. He couldn't use Haki, his physical combat skills weren't outstanding, and his defense was mediocre. In the end, his stamina was low and his HP was thin.
Therefore, the first lesson Cifer would teach him was Haki. Even though Cifer himself didn't fully understand it, he could still mimic it. Haki, in the end, might just be another form of Spiritual Pressure.
"The Mantra you use is what the Blue Sea calls Observation Haki. There's no need to elaborate on that. As for why you were hit by Hina and me back then, that's Armament Haki."
Cifer didn't plan to explain the use of Spiritual Pressure. Firstly, it was troublesome to explain, and secondly, he couldn't sense Spiritual Pressure from them. It was better to explain it using the world's concepts.
Enel, shedding his usual carefree and lazy demeanor, had believed no one could hit his elementalized form until he was actually beaten by them.
Under his eager gaze, Cifer explained what he believed to be the various types of Haki.
Since most people could learn the two types of Haki through hard work, the fundamental difference between them shouldn't be too significant.
Observation Haki involved gathering a certain power in the head, allowing the brain to perceive various energies and sounds around. Armament Haki was merely another application of this energy.
When this power overflowed onto the surface of the body, it could form a type of armor. This armor could serve as defensive equipment, but it was also a means of offense.
Especially its ability to hit Logia Devil Fruit users, which was why Armament Haki was considered one of the entry requirements for the New World.
In the New World, there were countless Devil Fruit users and powerful individuals. Without mastering the two types of Haki, one couldn't even get through the door.
However, the armor formed by Armament Haki wasn't permanent; it required strong physical combat skills to maintain. This was one of the reasons why powerful figures known for Armament Haki generally possessed formidable physical combat skills.
As for Conqueror's Haki, it was mostly used to intimidate weaker individuals, even causing them to faint.
Since this type of Haki couldn't be learned through training, it naturally differed from the power required for the two main types of Haki. Cifer believed it leaned more towards a kind of imposing aura.
However, Cifer couldn't quite explain when this aura would manifest. In his memory, the awakening of those few individuals seemed to occur only in desperate situations.
So, they would have to see when Enel found himself in a desperate situation! Should he force him into one? Never mind, they were comrades now.
Besides, in a state of utter powerlessness, he didn't believe the other party could muster the imposing aura of a conqueror.
"Another application of power?"
As someone naturally gifted with strong Observation Haki, Enel quickly tried to use Armament Haki. He failed, undoubtedly.
That power seemed rooted, and he couldn't move it no matter how he tried, only able to direct it to his mind.
"How is this possible? I am God! How can I not learn it?!"
Enel was somewhat agitated. Cifer had told him this was the entry requirement for the New World. He, the great God of the Sky Island, had actually failed. Did this mean that the innate talent of the Blue Sea dwellers was superior to his own as a god?
As for Conqueror's Haki, Enel hadn't worried about it at all. How could he, as a god, not possess it? He just needed to wait for the right moment to awaken it.
"Don't rush. A top-tier genius I know of took a full year and a half to completely master the use of this dual-color Haki."
Hearing this, Enel felt a bit better. The top-tier genius Cifer mentioned was undoubtedly one of the most promising individuals on this sea. If even he needed a year and a half, then Enel had indeed been too impatient.
"Then how long did it take you to learn all three types of Haki?"
On Sky Island, Enel had learned from others that Cifer was one of the strongest individuals on the entire sea. He wanted to stand shoulder to shoulder with this man.
Cifer smiled without speaking. He was a "monster," after all. He couldn't just tell Enel that he was born with it; that would be too discouraging for him.
Since Cifer didn't say anything, Enel didn't push it. He went to the training room in the ship's cabin and began to ponder on his own. He was determined to become stronger and catch up to this man!
"I should have known not to teach him so quickly!"
After Enel went inside, Cifer became bored again. Wright had left, so there was no one to play chess with. Hina had left, so there was no one to bicker with.
If only he had a phone...
Bored out of his mind, he took out a dusty fishing rod, set it up at the bow of the ship, put on his sunglasses, and lay on a beach chair to sunbathe.
This continued until a massive figure blocked his sunlight.
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't you know I'm looking for the Shichibukai? And you dare run straight into my sights?"
"Tyrant—Bartholomew Kuma!"
