Background / History

Fate Simulation first appeared on the Simulator panel after an update, already possessing accumulated attempts but remaining unavailable. Chen Mu repeatedly tested the function and concluded that transcendence was likely its activation requirement 375. That conclusion proved correct immediately after he became a Transcendent, when the Simulator confirmed that the conditions had been met 377.

Chen Mu's first recorded Fate Simulation attached him to the body of the Other Shore Crossing City Lord: a Level 16 Universe Cultivator and Sovereign Son of the First Universe Sequence's Twenty-First Family. The experience revealed that Fate Simulation was not a conventional self-simulation, but an immersion into another powerful being's predetermined life 377.

During subsequent simulations, Chen Mu experienced bodies following different cultivation paths, including a Sequence 78 Level 15 Cultivator who served as a Hall Master of the Twenty-Seven Great Halls of the Transcendence Road Inspection Pavilion 396. His early Fate Simulations culminated in the convergence of a third Fate Line, which triggered another Simulator upgrade 401.

Following this upgrade, Fate Simulation gained the ability to fuse multiple Fate Lines into a single activation 432. Chen Mu thereafter treated Fate Simulation as the first step in his standard simulation order, using its inherited memories to build experience before beginning True Body and Text Simulations 453 479 727.
