"Milk? Soda? Juice?" Lin Ke asked as he opened the refrigerator.

Nara Yan Shui waved to indicate that he did not need anything, then said, "I know you only returned from a mission yesterday afternoon, but there really is something waiting for you."

"A special mission?" Lin Ke closed the refrigerator and perked up.

"Do you remember the mission to fight over the Gold Mine in the Land of Rivers?" Nara Yan Shui asked.

When Lin Ke nodded, he continued, "The mining operation has been going smoothly. The Land of Wind wants to negotiate prices for the gold's sale, and the previous client hopes to continue hiring us to protect him on his trip to the Land of Wind..."

"So it counts as a village-assigned mission?" Lin Ke asked calmly.

"That's right." Nara Yan Shui gave an affirmative answer. "He's a wealthy merchant who has been making quite a name for himself lately. He's very willing to spend money."

"An A-Rank Mission."

"That guy specifically asked for you to participate in this mission."

After thinking it over, Lin Ke asked, "When do we leave?"

"In two days. The client is currently in Tanzaku Street." Nara Yan Shui gave him the time and location, then added, "There's a low chance of combat in this commission. It's just that the client..."
