The living beings of All Heavens and Myriad Worlds looked up to see a radiant great sun dim, shatter, and rain down endless bloody tears.

Whenever those bloody rains fell upon mountains and earth, all manner of immortal herbs and spirit roots sprang forth. When they fell into rivers and marshes, they gave birth to water spirits; fish that gained a trace of the blood's aura faintly developed dragon qi, while flood dragons and serpents bathed in the bloody rain showed signs of transforming into dragons.

After all, the Flood Dragon Great Sage had been a Demon Race Great Sage of the Dao-Wielding Realm and the lord of all flood dragons, serpents, and scaled creatures throughout All Heavens and Myriad Worlds. Though his death threw the fortunes of those flood dragons and serpents into turmoil, it also invisibly released them from a certain shackle.

A shackle that had kept them from hoping to break through the Pure Yang threshold and become a new lord of flood dragons, serpents, and scaled creatures.

Before the Flood Dragon Great Sage's death, it had been impossible for a second Dao-Wielding Pure Yang to arise among the flood dragons, serpents, and scaled creatures of All Heavens and Myriad Worlds. Even an Entering-Dao Pure Yang could only possibly emerge from among the Flood Dragon Great Sage's bloodline.

Now that the Flood Dragon Great Sage had fallen and his descendants suffered backlash, the flood dragons and serpents of All Heavens and Myriad Worlds naturally cast off their shackles and gained a brand-new Great Dao.

Yet the myriad beings of All Heavens and Myriad Worlds knew nothing of chaos's sorrow, while the beings of Jiushi World were fortunate enough to witness heaven and earth's joy.
