The Lord Who Hears Cries and Saves the Suffering, who had sealed the Mud Flood Dragon, had been sent by that great deity to save the people of Jinhua County from disaster.

As the gentleman approached the main hall, he saw a plaque reading "Mysteries of the Dao." Inside, a towering statue stood solemnly amid the hall's austere grandeur.
