• Yamatani Gen'i forced Inuyashiki to cooperate with government tests, while Yuko learned that her cancer was gone and discovered that Shishigami was connected to the killings.
• Izumi Shion used the victims’ families and public fears to expose Shishigami, who killed protesters and police before confronting Ando Naoyuki in a staged public spectacle.
• Shishigami and Inuyashiki fought, Shishigami kidnapped Yuko’s captor Izumi, and Gantz transported Shishigami and Izumi to the black ball room.
