Background / History

Xuantian Hall was originally established to prevent any single power from dominating the Xuantian Continent and to preserve continental balance. Its founder was remembered as a ruler of Xuantian Hall and a figure connected to the founding of multiple dynasties; the Scales Organization venerates him as its spiritual symbol. 514

At its height, Xuantian Hall was among the continent's foremost powers. It supported both the Dagan and Anyuan Dynasties, with Dagan initially functioning as a regime cultivated and manipulated by the Hall. 439 726

The previous generation of Venerable Lords and senior leadership disappeared suddenly, causing internal factional conflict and allowing Dagan to break from Xuantian Hall's control. A new Venerable Lord later reunited the organization and rebuilt its strength in secrecy. 211 329 726
