"Senior Tu?" Lu Ran pinched the brim of his conical hat between two fingers and lifted his gaze slightly.
"You're back, Little Lu." Tu Peak looked at the valiant, extraordinary youth, then saw two steel-masked figures in coir raincoats emerge from inside the mirror.
"Senior Tu, are you here enjoying the scenery?" Lu Ran was clearly in a fine mood as he joked.
"I was waiting for you." Tu Peak's expression remained grave.
Lu Ran nodded thoughtfully and turned back. "You two go rest."
"Yes."
The two Celestial Generals departed.
At Heaven's Edge, no one else remained. Tu Peak spoke again. "Little Lu, did your trip to the Heaven Realm go smoothly?"
"Very smoothly."
"Oh?" Tu Peak could not help but be somewhat surprised. Though he had not interacted much with Lu Ran, he knew this was an exceptionally reliable youth.
Smoothly would have been one thing.
Very smoothly?
Did that mean Little Lu, with two Executioners in tow, could already roam the Heaven Realm Battlefield at will?

Tu Peak came back to himself and said in a deep voice, "The god has called me back."
"Huh?" Lu Ran was somewhat stunned. "Senior Tu, can you receive the Warrior Monk's voice transmission within the Mountain Realm?"
"No." Tu Peak immediately shook his head and explained, "It's just that, over the past few days, I haven't been able to cast spells."
Understanding dawned on Lu Ran.
