Though Roy had acted like he did not give a damn about Kizaru, the man was still an Admiral-level combatant. Breaking a sweat was only natural.

Meanwhile, the Mad Monk Urouge watched Roy ride past Kizaru on his bicycle without incident.
Too far away to hear their conversation or see Roy's passport, he stared at Roy's departing back.
"Come on, let's follow him and take a look. To leave Kizaru so smoothly... what an interesting fellow. Why have I never heard of him before?"
Reviewing everything he knew, Urouge found that he had never seen anyone matching Roy's description. Recalling Roy's cool move of using Kizaru's laser to light his cigarette, intense curiosity rose in his heart.
Just as Urouge and his group set out, Kizaru, fiddling with his wristwatch Den Den Mushi, glanced in the direction they had gone.
"It seems our little CP0 friend is quite popular! That big fellow should be one of this year's Supernovas, right?"
Riding a bubble bicycle, Roy swiftly passed through the harbor and headed toward the island where Luffy and the others were.
Through the Echo Map, nothing around him could escape his notice.
"Hm? The Mad Monk Urouge? Wasn't he spying on Kizaru? Why is he following me?"

Roy watched the large man rapidly closing in behind him. He scratched his head, confusion on his face.
Just as he stopped his bicycle and turned to look behind him in puzzlement.

The crying of children replaced
