In the universe, Sou Shou and A Li were searching for Yu Yao and the others.
Yet despite his senses, there was not the slightest trace of them, as though they had vanished from the universe.
Just as he found nothing and was about to forcefully break through the barrier to search other universes, he caught a faint trace of Life Force.
Along with that Life Force was a strand of Darkness Qi, which was enveloping it.
The Life Force struggled wildly, trying to break free from the Darkness Qi wrapped around it.
Within that sliver of Life Force, Sou Shou sensed an aura extremely similar to Yu Yao's.
In a flash, Sou Shou appeared before the Darkness Qi and instinctively reached out to touch it.
With a whoosh, the Darkness Qi suddenly expanded and began spinning like a vortex.
An immensely powerful suction force erupted, constantly dragging in everything around it.
"Not good!" Sou Shou shuddered.
He fought with all his strength, but neglected A Li beside him. With a shriek, A Li was sucked into the dark vortex.
"A Li!"
Seeing this, Sou Shou reached out, trying to grab A Li, but he was too late. She vanished into the darkness.
Sou Shou could not worry about anything else. Rather than resist, he allowed the suction force to draw him in as well.
After a dizzying whirl, he too landed within the Dark Abyss.
"A Li!"
He called out to A Li again and again, but received no response. The surroundings were lightless and silent.
"Just what is this place?" After quite some time, Sou Shou calmed down and began examining his surroundings.
Not far from Sou Shou, A Li lay unconscious on the ground. She was weaker than him and had been struck unconscious by the Darkness
