They could hardly wait.
The most excited of them all were White Night and White Ling. Though they were the sixth Primordial Chaos Giant Beasts, they had returned later. Since coming back, they had yet to witness the birth of any new brothers or sisters!
As for old big brothers like Yinghuo, they had long since stopped finding such things surprising.
Even so, faced with Little Eight, who had been called forth after endless anticipation, Li Tianming and his earliest companion still felt somewhat nervous.
That was mainly because Little Six had left behind a psychological shadow.
Li Tianming's only thought now was: I don't ask for strength, only obedience.
That disobedient Little Six still had a life soul outside, secretly plotting a grand rebellion. It had forty-five little infant souls, more than White Ling and White Night combined. Who knew what it might do?
"Shh, don't scare her."
Li Tianming suppressed the emotions of this pack of frenzied, impatient fellows and quietly summoned Little Eight from the Companion Space.
"Be good. It's alright."
With a kind fatherly smile on his face, Li Tianming spoke in the gentlest tone he could manage.
He first crouched down and waited quietly.
Finally, beneath everyone's expectant gazes, a gray coffin appeared before them and settled gently onto the ground.
"Isn't this the same as before? Does this count as being born?" White Night floated in the air and asked curiously.
"It's different."
Li Tianming looked closely. He discovered that the evil ghost markings on the gray coffin had vanished, and the coffin itself had changed in essence. Before it was born, it had felt gloomy, savage, and ferocious, with the air of a green-faced, fang-baring demon. But now, though it still possessed dark-element power, it seemed utterly pure, like a newborn little universe.
