Li Tianming was born in Lihuo City after his mother, Wei Jing, entered a mutually beneficial marriage with Li Yanfeng to give him an identity. Wei Tiancang subsequently expelled Wei Jing and Li Yanfeng from Yandu, resulting in their twenty-year residence in Lihuo City. 175

His biological father is Li Muyang, a mysterious man whom Wei Jing met at Vermilion Bird Mountain in the Eastern Divine Region.
