Jiang Feiling first appears in the Vermilion Bird Country as an ethereal girl whose bare feet do not touch the ground. She senses Li Tianming before seeing him, and their meeting immediately produces an unprecedented maximum-level Spirit Attachment connection. She tells him that ten special abilities were sealed within her at birth, with only Spirit Attachment and Time Field initially awakened 16.

She was known as Princess Ling and was born on the same day, month, and year as Jiang Qingluan. Her Spirit Attachment with Qingluan had only reached level six, making her bond with Li Tianming uniquely intense from the beginning 16 62.

Jiang Feiling later explains that Xuanyuan Xi's remaining divine-soul power transferred her to the Vermilion Bird Country.
