Qi Ming said, "President Aizen, you're a compassionate entrepreneur. You'll surely treat those monsters with kindness and win them over as humanity's partners."
Makoto Aizen was delighted. "You want me to take on this task?"
Qi Ming said, "If this island is built, I'd like you to become its 'island master' and take charge of everything there."
Makoto Aizen was deeply tempted and began considering it carefully.

But Team Member Qi Ming was right. Ordinary people truly couldn't handle this job. It seems only I can bear this supreme glory.
A hero tested by trials... yes, that was indeed the right approach.
The citizens would misunderstand the hero, then the misunderstanding would be cleared up, and afterward they would worship the hero with utter devotion.

Qi Ming waved a hand. "That won't be a problem. TPC is willing to give this project the green light all the way."
Makoto Aizen perked up and immediately declared that he was willing to contribute manpower and effort, as well as provide all the funding.
