Within Hades Temple in Elysium, Hades, the God of Death, and the God of Sleep were clearly encountering a human who dared provoke them so blatantly for the first time.

For a moment, they were left stunned by the tirade.

When he finally came to his senses, the God of Death immediately cursed furiously:

"How dare you! A mere mortal dares insult Lord Hades like this! I, Thanatos, will make you suffer the cruelest punishment in hell. I will—"

But halfway through, he realized that the transmission medium had already been destroyed. The enemy could not hear a word he was saying.

That made him so furious he practically exploded on the spot.

"Lord Hades, please allow me to retrieve that blasphemer's soul immediately!"

"I'll retrieve it myself. You two bring all the Underworld Soldiers to the entrance of the Underworld. I will flatten the human world."

Hades, whose fury was no less than the God of Death's, left that command for the God of Death and the God of Sleep before his soul left his body and headed for the vessel he had in the human world.

He had originally selected a pure body in the human world beforehand as a vessel.

On one hand, it was to lull Athena into complacency. On the other, it was so that after the Nine-Star Alignment, he would have a physical body with which to rule Earth.

He had never expected the Nine-Star Alignment plan to fail.

Worse still, he had been cursed at by Athena's Saint Seiya. How could the noble Hades, King of the Underworld, possibly swallow such an insult?

It was the perfect time to launch a surprise attack while they were feeling pleased with themselves, kill Athena and that Pope of Sanctuary, and throw the Saint Seiya ranks
