Thor Knie nodded helplessly from the side.

"Yeah, go as soon as possible. The later it gets, the more troublesome it'll be.

"And protecting this ship depends entirely on Kira. If he can't get over it and something happens to him...

"Who knows what will become of this ship afterward?"

Sai Argyle agreed as well.

"Yeah, Frey. And we didn't get any supplies back at Artemis Military Base, did we? ZAFT will probably catch up to us too."

Frey Alsta said dejectedly.

"Fine, I get it. I'll go apologize, okay?"

Thor Knie could only shake his head helplessly from the side, left speechless.

At noon the next day, Sai Argyle came to the cafeteria after finishing his shift.

The moment Sai Argyle sat beside Frey Alsta, Frey immediately left.

When Sai sat beside her again, Frey immediately left again. This repeated several times.

Only after Sai questioned her did he learn why Frey looked so unhappy. She complained,

Then she turned back to look at Sai Argyle, as though Kira Yamato did not exist in her eyes at all.

On the Archangel's bridge, Mwu Lamias, Natale Badgiruel, and Mu La Flaga were discussing where to go next.

The Archangel's water and food supplies were already critically low, and they urgently needed resupply.

Otherwise, they would not be able to make the long journey to any Earth Federation Army base.

After an intense discussion, they finally decided to head first for the nearest location to the Archangel: the remains within the debris belt.

That was the wreckage of PLANT's agricultural satellite, "Junius 7."

There should be a large amount of ice floating through space there, providing ample water. At the very least, it would solve their most pressing problem: water.

After deciding on the route, they summoned Kira Yamato and the others to the bridge for a meeting, presumably to inform them that they would be searching for supplies near the wreckage of Junius 7.

Mwu Lamias said,

"I want you to help transport things using the work ships when the time comes."

Natale Badgiruel spoke.

"We don't want to force anyone, either, but there is no other way. This is also for our survival."

Mwu Lamias said,

"We don't intend to take things from people who have already died. We only want to ask them to share a little with us.

"Things we need to use now, in order to survive."

Thor Knie exchanged looks with Kira, Miriaria, and the others before saying,

"Okay, understood. We agree with your decision."

Before long, Kira Yamato piloted the Strike Gundam, while Thor Knie and Miriaria Haw piloted the modified Moebius.

The modified Moebius had a Buster Gundam Assault Shield System mounted on its right side, a spare Strike Gundam shield on its left, and Buster's Claw Anchor installed beneath its fuselage.

Everyone else piloted work ships as they headed for the debris belt to recover supplies.

They arrived at the wreckage of Junius 7, where huge numbers of cars, broken rocks, and even human corpses floated through space.

Everyone was stunned by the shattered state of Junius 7. They entered the satellite's buildings to search for supplies and inspect the situation.
