Mo Lang defeated the Golden Dragon King, brought the Dragon Clan and other soul beasts under his protection, and welcomed the newly hatched Three-Eyed Golden Lion into his family. The story then shifted to Sea God Island, where a battle with the Deep Sea Demonic Whale Kings sent a gigantic wave toward the shore and left Mo Nian unconscious.

• Gu Yue Na ordered Xiong Jun to search for the missing Di Tian, while the Golden Dragon King appeared and called her his little sister.
• Mo Lang traveled with Xiao Wu and her family to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Xiong Jun confronted them over his past killing of Ah Rou’s husband and attacked Mo Lang.
• Mo Lang killed Xiong Jun, endured a Heavenly Fire Tribulation strengthened by Asura God and Poseidon, and gave Xiao Wu the soul bones of her father.
• The Golden Dragon King attacked Mo Lang, but Mo Lang’s Six Paths of Reincarnation Fist shattered the Light of Annihilation and forced the Golden Dragon King to flee.
• Gu Yue Na agreed to submit to Mo Lang, who proposed rules for human and soul beast relations and introduced a plan for artificial spirit rings.

Mo Lang reached Sea God Island, helped the Shrek Seven Devils and their companions begin divine inheritances, and accepted the challenge of gathering powers needed to become the God of Creation. After Xiao Wu left to pursue the Nine Heavens Mysterious Lady’s inheritance, Mo Lang began testing the God Kings and ended with the God of Kindness’s allegiance at stake.

• Qian Renxue exhausted herself holding back a flood, but Mo Lang arrived and stopped the waves before helping her and her feverish daughter, Mo Nian.
• Mo Lang defeated Chen Shu and Lei Lao, then learned that the Li Family was sending powerful forces to Douluo Continent and ordered Lei Feng to spy for him.
• Mo Lang and his companions reached Sea God Island, where he defeated Sea Dragon Douluo and the group began testing candidates for divine inheritances.
• Dai Mubai, Zhu Zhuqing, Tang San, Oscar, Ning Rongrong, Ma Hongjun, Yang Cencen, and Bai Chenxiang received or pursued divine trials, while Xiao Wu erased Sparta’s Divine Sense and later accepted the Nine Heavens Mysterious Lady’s inheritance.
• Xiao Wu left to seek the God King Realm, and Mo Lang and the others committed to growing stronger and finding her as their trials intensified.

Mo Lang recovered from his failed attempt to condense the God of Creation Position and began bringing powerful sea beasts under his command. When the Sea Flame Squid Emperor challenged Sea God Island, Bo Saixi fought him until Mo Lang appeared to face the emperor.

• Mo Lang reached rank ninety-nine by fusing six powers, but the unstable breakthrough left him unconscious and forced him to recover.
• Mo Lang defeated the Evil Orca King, accepted Xiao Hu’s surrender, and used a Dragon Spirit Pill to transform him into the Evil Spirit Dragon Tiger Whale.
• Mo Lang ordered Xiao Hu and the Demon Soul Great White Shark King to unite the sea clans, then learned that the Sea Flame Squid Emperor ruled the South Sea.
• Qian Renxue returned to Spirit Hall with Nian Nian, and Qian Daoliu agreed to let her attempt the Angel God’s trial if she passed his test.

Mo Lang reunited with Mo Nian, reconciled with Qian Renxue, and brought family and villagers together on Sea God Island. After Liu Erlong fought to claim the Asura Godhood, Mo Lang rescued her in the Abyss Plane and began his own ascent to godhood, where he learned the Dragon God would explain his mission.

• Mo Lang defeated and roasted the Sea Flame Squid Emperor, gained the loyalty of several sea rulers, and recruited Flower Pupil Alligator Turtle King’s clan to forge equipment.
• Mo Lang helped the Deep Sea Demonic Whale King prepare for his million-year tribulation, then went to Douluo Hall and reunited with Mo Nian.
• Mo Lang confirmed Mo Nian was his daughter, reconciled with Qian Renxue, and learned Tang Yuehua was pregnant with his child.
• Mo Lang brought his family to Pangu Sect and Sea God Island, then reunited with Small Fishing Village and invited Wang Yue to study at Shrek Academy.
