Hu Haoran strengthened his companions, reached level thirty, and entered the Biyun City competition under an alias while seeking soul rings and arena rewards. After winning a deadly three-on-one fight, he celebrated with Sai Fenglei, Taohua, and Niu Dagui as an enraged roar sounded from the City Lord’s Mansion.

• Hu Haoran gave Hu Tengfei, Hu Yuchen, and Taohua pills that helped them advance, then searched the Hu Family Library for cultivation manuals for his companions.
• Hu Haoran bonded with the Soul Tool Asura’s Grin, entered the Biyun City preliminaries as Niu Dafu, and defeated Wang Dami in his first match.
• Hu Haoran led Taohua and Niu Dagui into Black Sand Forest, where Niu Dagui absorbed a soul ring from an Iron-Blooded Mangrove Golden Bull and Taohua gained one from a Thousand-Jun Ant leader.
