Lin Xuan traveled to the Heavenly Sound Realm to find Qin Xin and learned that Fairy Miaoyin planned to use her as a substitute for a Heavenly Tribulation. He joined Miaoyin’s expedition to a True Immortal ruin, where she and Withered Stone Elder turned on him and his allies, leaving them fighting for survival inside the Blood Moon Demon Toad’s True Spirit Space.

• Lin Xuan opened Spirit Fox Venerable’s garden, collected its treasures, and established a Cloud Hidden Sect branch at Spirit Fox Mountain before learning that a Jade Talisman led to the Heavenly Sound Realm.
• Lin Xuan entered the Heavenly Sound Realm, rescued Fairy Qing from Old Monster Chihuo, and learned from her that Fairy Miaoyin planned to use Qin Xin’s Nine Spirit Zither Body to bear her Heavenly Tribulation.
• Lin Xuan reached Heavenly Sound Palace with Zhou Ling, met Fairy Miaoyin, and agreed to help her explore a True Immortal ruin while secretly planning to rescue Qin Xin.
• Lin Xuan joined the Black Phoenix Demoness, Brother Feng, Fairy Miaoyin, and Withered Stone Elder for the expedition, then fought alongside them against Demon Lizards before a Blood Moon Demon Toad destroyed their boat.
• The Blood Moon Demon Toad pulled the group into its True Spirit Space, where depleted Heaven and Earth Yuan Qi weakened their powers and Withered Stone Elder secretly attacked Lin Xuan while Miaoyin ambushed the Black Phoenix Demoness.

Lin Xuan defeated Fairy Miaoyin and the Corpse King, then explored the True Immortal Ruins and recovered powerful treasures and puppets. He left the ruins to strengthen himself before confronting Heavenly Sound Palace and seeking Qin Xin.

• Lin Xuan killed Withered Stone Elder, then joined the Black Phoenix Demoness against Fairy Miaoyin and the Blood Moon Demon Toad.
• Lin Xuan destroyed Fairy Miaoyin’s body, captured her Nascent Soul, and learned a clue about Qin Xin before the Blood Moon Demon Toad slipped into the passage to the True Immortal Ruins.
• Lin Xuan followed into the ruins, broke through an illusion, and found a Jade Slip describing the True Immortals’ arrival in the lower realms and their battle with the Heavenly Demon Lord.

After a fierce battle with Fairy Heavenly Sound, he gained the chance to negotiate, but she pressed him to surrender a Xiantian Spirit Treasure as compensation for Miaoyin’s death.
