"Young lad, you know your stuff!" the old ox praised. "I am the personal magic treasure of Immortal Ju Hua, the previous owner before the previous owner of this estate. But don't get any ideas. With your current strength, you simply cannot refine me."
This residence had been left behind by Daoist Sanshou, while Immortal Ju Hua had been the owner before the previous one.
