With the things Linley had given him, Zhou Tong returned to the square in Baruch City. By then, it was already late, the sun had set, and he headed straight for the lodgings of the group from Green Lake Town.

They were especially stunned when they learned that Linley had bestowed the title of "Court Magician" upon Zhou Tong.
That evening, the group led by Austin turned dinner into a wild celebration to commemorate Zhou Tong's "promotion."
Early the next morning, Zhou Tong bid farewell to his fellow townspeople from Green Lake Town and went alone to Baruch Magic and Martial Academy. With the token Linley had given him, he was allowed through without obstruction. The academy even arranged a standalone courtyard for him to live in.
Baruch Magic and Martial Academy had been established alongside the Baruch Kingdom, and since Linley himself was its headmaster, the place was extraordinarily well-funded and covered nearly twenty li in every direction. It had restaurants, clothing stores, bars, and all kinds of other services. It was practically a small city.
Linley must have moved over much of the Ernst Magic Academy he attended back then, Zhou Tong thought as he looked around.
After all, many things here were simply too similar to the Ernst Magic Academy described in the original work.
However, many areas were still unfinished, so Zhou Tong soon completed a rough tour of the place.
Afterward, he went directly to the academy library.
