The difference in strength between those two kinds of monsters was far too great, and they had nothing to do with each other.
"That was the previous quest. I finished that one ages ago, then took a second quest and happened to run into them..."
Lin Mo did not explain in detail or mention the Secret Realm. "Just tell me, how much is this thing worth?"
But Edgar clearly had no intention of giving up his questioning. After all, this was simply too shocking.

Lin Mo said nothing more and simply took two pairs of massive horns from his backpack.

Edgar took the horns and carefully ran his fingers over them. Seeing the clear bloodstains that had yet to dry, he could not help but suck in a cold breath.
Both instinct and his recognition of Lin Mo's eye for things had led him to believe that this young human adventurer had decent potential. At most, though, he had thought Lin Mo might become a professional within a few years and perhaps have a chance of becoming a Silver-ranked Adventurer in the future.
