Background / History
Lin Mo transmigrated into a new world with no profession, weak physical attributes, and a unique Proficiency Panel that displays his own statistics and skills. His initial skill, Slacking Off, reduces his presence during group activities; it later evolves into Stealth, establishing his first combat specialty. Unlike ordinary Professionals, Lin Mo can reliably improve skills through use, see their proficiency, and evolve maxed skills into stronger forms. 1 3
He begins adventuring in Roland Town, where he hunts monsters, gathers herbs, and prioritizes skill proficiency over short-term profits. His cautious approach is evident in his refusal to risk himself for negligible goblin-ear bounties, while his rapid growth earns the respect of adventurers such as Bern and Larry. 17 18 27
After becoming a Warrior, Lin Mo deliberately develops several professions rather than specializing. He acquires Knight, Assassin, Mage, Priest, and Ranger abilities, using combat, sparring, skill scrolls, and Secret Realm exploration to continually improve. This multi-class path ultimately allows him to unlock the Special Professions Magic Swordsman and Paladin. 49 85 91 261 313
By the time he reaches the Royal Capital and enters the Royal National Academy’s orbit, Lin Mo has become an exceptionally powerful adventurer. He leads and supports companions, studies with elemental tutors, participates in the Hunting Competition, and gains recognition from kingdoms and academies for his combat power and potential. 266 281 290 343
Appearance
Lin Mo is described as a handsome young man with a well-proportioned build whose appearance and demeanor distinguish him from ordinary passersby. 114
- Carries himself with a calm, composed bearing.
- Often wears mage robes despite being capable of overwhelming physical combat. 193
- Later replaces his ice-blue mage robe with a higher-tier purple-red robe. 341
Personality
Lin Mo is practical, cautious, and highly goal-oriented. He prepares carefully for missions, weighs risks against rewards, and avoids unnecessary danger when the possible gain is insignificant. 15 18 34
His central motivation is growth. He treats nearly every fight as an opportunity to gain proficiency, actively seeks skill scrolls regardless of rarity, and designs hunting routes around the most efficient way to advance specific classes and skills. 17 128 290
Despite his relentless training, Lin Mo values companions and reciprocates loyalty. He teaches and trains Ally, seeks sparring sessions with Shefiliya to improve, supports Phini emotionally, and maintains friendships with other adventurers. 169 230 272

He gains Knight and Assassin professions through maxing Tenacity and Stealth, then begins learning magic under Flora’s guidance. Lin Mo gradually forms and travels with adventurer teams while pursuing independent skill growth. 85 91 100 114
Silver Creek City Defense
Lin Mo participates in battles against goblin forces and undead threats around Silver Creek City. His rapid Mage growth, spell combinations, and broad skill set establish him as a key but often underestimated combatant. 136 191 199
Secret Realm Explorer
He repeatedly enters Secret Realms to obtain rare skills, equipment, Blink, storage rings, and major combat experience. The Giantstone Mine expedition becomes the turning point at which he awakens as a Magic Swordsman. 174 178 261

Trivia
- Lin Mo can view only his own attributes; he cannot directly inspect other people’s stats. 18
- He is not selective about skill rarity, since low-grade skills are easier to level and can evolve into stronger ones. 128
- His “Living Angel” reputation comes partly from helping rookie adventurers while grinding goblins, even when doing so involves taking their kills. 169
- He originally viewed magic as a difficult and distant aspiration because Mages were considered rare and heavily dependent on talent and background. 65
