Stormwind Keep, the King's Hall.
King Llane, Lothar, Bolvar, and the others were gathered around a command table, upon which rested a massive sand table.
Lothar slammed a fist against the table. "Those Orcs are formidable fighters. Worse still are their warlocks, Ogre Mages, and those damned Gronn giants. The areas around Darkshire and Sunstrider Woods have already fallen completely."
Bolvar wore an equally worried expression, his gaze constantly sweeping over the sand table. "Indeed, the situation is far from optimistic. Although we've redeployed defensive lines in Westfall and the Redridge Mountains and temporarily halted the Orcs' advance... the longer this drags on, the more dangerous it becomes. We need to make some changes."
"Our mages have already gone to the front, and the Night Elf mages have joined the battle as well. But they've never fought enemies like warlocks who wield fel magic, so they've suffered quite a few losses." King Llane frowned deeply.
"Where is the Divine Venerable? Where did he go?" Lothar asked.
Llane shrugged. "He went to Sunstrider Woods. The Divine Venerable said he was going to find an old acquaintance and would return soon. But before he left, he told me not to worry about the Gronn. Suramar's giant Arcane Golems would deal with them."
Westfall border fortress front line.
Bang!!!
With a tremendous crash, the massive Gronn staggered back several steps. Facing him were two equally enormous Retribution Golems. These Arcane Golems were made entirely of purple and white crystals. Their arms were covered in spikes, while their hands had vanished, replaced by a pair of gigantic blades. Their crescent-shaped heads were etched with dense rune circuits, and a retractable crystal monocular eye glared fixedly at the Gronn. Behind them, thick streams of white vapor blasted from the power crystals at their cores.
